Basically if you feed more calories than the needs she will use the extra to store as fat. The amount of muscle she has will depend on the amount and type of exercise linked with her genetic make up, there is no super food that builds muscle. I was working yesterday for a second generation, african asian family yesterday. Apart from the wedding photos in indian dress, you could not distinguish there house, friends, food or lifestyle from a white couple living in London. They were no doubt taught when young that this is their home country and to follow our customs.

Out of the 58 people that have been arrested for molesting and prostituting under age British girls over the past couple of years, 56 of them are of Pakistani origin. Why is it that do you think? I am just listening to LBC radio and a woman is telling how this is something that is happening all over Europe. It is classed as a religious fatwa considered acceptable amoungst some muslims to rape non-muslim girls, it is a type of abuse and agression towards the girls and the host culture too.

Whether you like it or not a crime by a foreigner in England is going to get peoples backs up more than if it was the same crime committed by an Englishman....thats perfectly natural.....if i cut the head off of a Paki in Pakistan it would get more attention and coverage and get the backs up of locals moreso than if a Paki cut another Pakies head off......thats human nature. Even you must be able to see that it has happened on numerous occasions in cities from the midlands upwards and is ALWAYS Muslim gangs, never Jews,Christians, Hindus, Budhists or Sikhs. There is endemic reasons within there culture as to why they can behave this way to minors and i have suspicians as to why they especially want to do it to white children.

I have always fancied a small forest of my own. If you ran a good size charcoal kiln, sold logs, hazel for greenwood crafts such as hurdles and the occasional large tree, you maybe able to make a living.

I have read a few threads on here about it and from now on I'm taking out a hob and a jill or two ferreting. I will work the jill without collar and send the hob down with collar if she makes a kill. My hob comes to the whistle even if he makes a kill. I really get pissed off with the collar getting caught on the nets and find it has to be done up so tight to keep it on. I wonder if a harness could be used with the transmitter?

Mine have underfloor heating under the floor of there sleeping box. They cost less than £100 with thermostat. That's a good idea chester, box in a tubular heater under a raised bed, as long as you don't use too much bedding.

I bought some for my beddy but I feel a bit uneasy using it. It smells very strong and I heard it is a bit toxic. I think a weekly pinch in each ear as a preventative measure against canker I feel alright about, but the cure where you need funnel a larger amount in I think I would avoid.

I have a jill that has run of the garden when I clean them out, she can easily escape but always stays close by. I wouldn't trust the others to do the same.

I have been out with pretty much every race of woman and the only line I draw is on muslims. I think it's not fair to segregate people on race lines when it comes to who they marry, if people want to fit into our society then we should give them every opportunity. If not I would fu.ck them off out in a second. There will always be millions of people from different races here and I would love to pull up the draw bridge but we have to get along with those who are settled here for good or born here.
