How old is the kid?? If you name is on the birth certificate and the child was born on or after 2004 then you automatically have what is called "Parental responsibility" Basically you have the same rights as the mother. And a part of me agrees WILF but this is not compatable with Western values, Christ knows I'd vote for it. Desert why do you avoid answering questions when the truthful answers would prove detrimental to your argument?? Every single Muslim i know does the same thing.
