    PS. That's the reason I use Arbeit Macht Frei in my sig. It's a German word that basically means that "Work Liberates!" Which is what I do with for my terriers. When ever they work for me I Work/dig to get them out.

    I was gutted losing mine, I mean proper f*cking wounded!!!! but it just made me want to get out and dig more. Not for one second did I think this is too much and I'm gonna pack it in. Not even holding a dead dog that had just been dug out that I had brought on from a 9 week old pup made me feel like packing it in. Losing a dog just makes you realise that you've gotta be serious and do your best for your terriers when ever they go under. Really if someone isn't prepared to take on what could happen then maybe this isn't the sport for them? and to be honest the only thing that has pissed me

    That's a bloody good idea if I may say so. It's little things like that, that make a lot of difference when your lugging around tools and holding onto dogs that are eager to get to graft, when you've got quite a foot slap a head of you. You could get your own line of Shovels with the fitted probes going? If they're as good as you say, you could bang them out on here, like other lads do with Terrier Boxes and SS does with the Collars and leads. All the best mate

    Thbat's hbow i found this one on mine,went to grab him whilst playing with him and he winced and nearly bit me,i realised something was making his neck sore and tender,so i ran my fingers around his neck till i felt the bump which confirmed my suspicions. Anyone who uses terriers for Earth work will come across loads of them on their terriers. That is the best way to find them though. If you keep up to date with your frontlining you'll see they go white and die but will still on the dog so you'll still have to remove them. Horrible little things.
