  2. Any one have e.mail for Mr. Darcy. I tried the one on the darcy books but dont think its working, any ideas?
  3. Rear dew claws are a result of extreme in breeding. They can be removed easily at two days old. In my opinion they will not cause your dog any problem. Sometimes they cause trouble for running dogs or hounds. However they can aide terriers when there pushing. I think a lot of men working rocks always leave front dew claws on for extra grip. I would leave well alone unless they cause the dog trouble.
  4. The Mullinavat and District Harriers will host their annual hound, terrier and lucher show this Sunday 25th July 2010 in Slieverue, Co. Kilkenny. All usual classes. Hopes to be great. Any questions or requests please pm me or e-mail to terrierwork@live.ie
  5. The Kerry beagle is a origin of a french hound. It arrived by ship into Kerry many many years ago. a relation o the french Gascon hound. It is liked in kerry due to its wildness and voice. It would be left off at the meet and hunt hares on the mountian all day, no real human involvement. The kerry beagle was then crossed and is now known as the harrier. Comes genearlly in black and tan or mottle. Is a great hound however can over run a line alot and is slow to mark. Is quite happy with no blood. Good Hunting

  22. Some hounds did come to Ireland. Not to the scarteen though, they hunt a pack of kerry beagles all black and tan. We had a bitch from the Dumfries. The mink hounds in cork also had a few. They were sent everywhere. The new dumfries are no longer black and tan
  23. Lads, Many thanks for the great turn out on Saturday. We are no where near safe now. This is only the start of a long road. The greens are on the way out, they are gonna go with a bang. The march is a start of a line of events been planned. This week is vital , everyone must see there local TDs and Senators and explain two things very clearly. 1. All those people at the march, plus many more will vote for them if they back us, if they do not support us and the rural area, they will fall. 2. It needs to be clearly explained that a ban will create further rural unemployment and loss in revenue
