    mine got caught a week past saturday it healed so i took him out on saturday past and the little f****r ripped it open again and gave himself a bigger one

    this is my 3qtr whip 1 qtr grey bred by Dave Slieght he has made 22tts and is coming on very well he can be a bit to keen at times but i think he will grow out of that hes only 14 months so this season will be the tester for him

    personally i get a good buzz seeing my whip work like has been said there nose is second to none and when my dog starts zig zagging with his nose down i pretty much know for sure a chase is only seconds away the thing about whippets skin like moll says varies from one dog to another my dog went out a week past saturday tryed to jump a barbed wire fence and got caught leaving a 2 inch skin tear this had healed by thursday i took him out saturday past and again miss calculated his jump and got caught again ripping his old wound open again and giving himself a new 3 inch skin tear now personally
