    ive had my own dogs for about 5 year now and ive been very lucky with them as in ive never had a trip to the vets apart from jags they had the odd skin tear and sickness which ive sorted myself now the whipxgrey i have now has been healthy and fit as feck over this season and ive been happy with his condition but the last few days he has been wheezing every so often its like he needs to clear his throught like a hair ball it might be kennel cough i dont know also the dog is fed on raw we buy it from the butchers but recently my partner has been boiling it off and when it cools theres a 1/2 inc

    well done millet good honest post thats what i love about bringing pups on instead of getting an older dog in it gives you more sense of acoplishment all them hours finally paying off

    i think the younger generation needs to play a bigger part in premoting the sport but also the older guys are the ones with many seasons under there belt and are a wealth of knowledge it might not 100% but everyone has there own way of doing things so as long as its all right for them i suppose

    mine is shat on retrive if theres another dog there but hes not too bad when hes by himself its a pain in the arse sometimes but ive got all summer to work on it hes a whip x grey just too add though i had his recall spot on untill the farmer decided to come along one day when i was ferreting my dog ran and caught a rabbit only for the farm collie to tank in to the side of him and his recall was never the same fecking collies

    i spoke to moll at the morpeth hunt a couple of year back and she said the dog was very slow to mature im glad the dogs turned round for her
