    i have 2 whippets and one is far more prone to injurys than the other shes alwase ripping her back open by runing under barbed wire fences.

    Hi I just thought I would put these Romany books on here before I take them to the dealer just to see if anyone is interested. If there is a book you want give me a title and I will see if its there they have al been priced and I warn you some are not cheap, I can alwase knock a bit of for you fellow members. There are round about 40 books in the collection.

    i joined the old young farmers just for permition! so far only got one farm from it, half of them are just tractor drivers sons or horsie girls with no land of there own

    Yet to see a hare on salsbury plain, do the odd bit of offloading up there with the lurcher in the back just in case i see a bit rabbit but nothing!

    i was amazed at how much better condition my dog has stayed in as i have carried on lamping thought the summer and now the silage is cut i can continue to do so. last season my dog had al sorts of injuries just because she was unfit, shes still far to delicate mind!

    does the filter funnel not make it that little bit tighter?

    got one of them its a good lamp but want a tighter beam, the idea is that a tighter beam will help the dog pinpoint rabbits better do the lightforce rage have a tighter beam? i mite try the cluson with the filter kit or even bodge something up to tighten the beam. (oooops that first one was on my mates acount)

    Purely out of curiosity has anyone had any experience of this lamp it seems a bargain but whether it is any good is another story.

    one of my whippet bitches is only 19" and she’s good on the lamp, but cant see very far my other whippet is 20 1/2" and its surprising she can see a lot better with just that extra bit of size. im hopefully getting a beddy cross want something a little more game and less injury prone. there must be a best compromise between turning/acceleration and being able to see a long way/top speed, that tend to be better ???

    yeh i worded that a bit wrong what i ment is first cross meaning the beddy over the whippet without going back over a whippet.

    mine did the same but grew out of it to a certain ecstent she still runs past me a meter or 2 then comes back to me.

    do cluson sell the coil leads as they seem to sell all the parts, is it worth replacing it with one of there coils? never had any trouble with the wire on my cluson

    was ok, did not get a go at the lurcher racing because the rain not very well orginised would have been better if i had more dosh to spend
