Nice one Millet I'll follow your advice I had a Pajero before and had the luxury of adjustable shocks and few other mod cons, the only prob's I had with the SWB Paj was space and fuel consumption, boy could that car drink fuel! The Nav on the other hand is averageing about 28 - 30mpg but this is with alot of town use! I also need to get a plastic liner for this as its the Carpeted type fitted at the mo. I must admit the model up the new D40's look the Bollox, I'll stick it on the xmas list for next year . also I found this Navara forum with helpful info, its quiet at the mo so perhaps

Nice one Simo Whats you Honest opinion on it? I was a bit disapointed with mine to be Honest at first! a few things bugged me like the crap turning circle, the front shockers seems a bit soft, and the fecking things sounds like a Bus expecially when you booting upto and around 60 - 70mph mark. Having said that I love it now! it took a bit of getting used too after the creature comforts I got with my old motor, but now I'm pretty pleased with it. Cheers Tony

While on the subject of Navara's. does anyone have or know where there's a rear Bumper for a 02 - D22 Model? Mine has a fecking great tow Bar on the back but no back Bumper .....

Nice one Hywel Since around september my heads been all over the place mate, I certainly didn't have the enthusiasm with other things on my mind to make a decent Gos! I couldn't have done one Justice whatsoever, I think to get the best of these birds expecially the P/R one's you need to be 100% commited like Turk! without doubt he is a Guy on a mission sky high with enthusiasm . I'm looking to the 2007 Breeding season now and then flying a P/R youngster, I need to clear all the crap thats going on in preparation of the commitment and being held to ransom by a new Gos fresh out of the

Cheers Lads! even though I have been in the wildness for a while I have enjoyed the pic's coming up and the Banter on the site , the lad in the pic Timmy with the Finn male had a cracking flight I witnessed a few weeks back, I walked a bramble ditch while he waited in the Beet field oposite trying to flush a couple of hen birds when Bang! out come a good strong cock bird which headed for the wood way across the other side of the field, at one moment it looked like the old cock was going to put into the wood but seeing the gos gaining on him he lifted up nearly verticle and cleared the canopy o

Feck knows whats happend to it Millet! it worked when I first put it on but to be Honest I havn't got a clue about this sort of stuff , hopefully it will work now unless anyone can give me some advice on how I direct the link to Photobucket. Cheers Tony

Just a few pic's from some lads from this neck of the woods! The finn male with the Duck is a cracking bird flying around 1lb 13, He'll be going in a breeding project with my proven Tatton park female next season, the Finn female on the Hare is flying around 2lb 10 - 11, they're both cracking birds flown most days and pretty much don't pull out of anything. From my point of view its been a bad year with one thing and another, I certainly could'nt do a Gos Justice the way things have gone so my female has gone to a genuine good guy who will. things are getting sorted now so I have taken up

Go for the Navara Simo Better fuel ecomomy than the L200, better looking, sheds of space, and a timing chain compared to the shite belts on others, I'm pleased as a pig in shit with mine now! the next move on mine is to have the windows blacked out and some Furry dice . Cheers Tony

The tree hugging Bunny Cuddling guy "OLD FART" soon dropped out of the arguement when the going got tough, well funny ....

MUST READ FIRST...then watch... It's a real show in Holland... It's a video of a Dutch interviewer who is interviewing a man on a LIVE TV (Dutch version of 60 Minutes) on "surgeries gone wrong". This man had a surgical team inadvertently remove his testicles. I think the interviewer could have handled the facts but it was the man's voice that appears to have set him off. Watch a veteran reporter's career go down the drain in about 30 seconds. It doesn't need to be in English to understand what is happening. Click Image Below: http://smg.photobucket.com/albums/v327/j

I found some Interesting Info about Navara's being Noisy at cold start, a lad reconed that if the Alternator belt is too loose then the engine will clatter at start due to crank balancers being out of sync, anyway to cut a long story short I checked my belt and it seemed pretty tight but the lad said to tweak it more, so I did and beleive it not he was right! its cured it totally , this lad aparantly is a Nissan Techy and on the boil by the sounds of it, he adviced that they do normally have limits on the tension of the belt but a quick tweak would'nt hurt. I was shitting myself as most pe

Hello King it'll be handy for chucking dogs/Birds or whatever in the back with the advanatge of keeping the cab clean, Plus the extra room will be handy. Ragumup. Its done near on ,000, I have been speaking to a lad tonight who told me some Navara's from 02 onwards was recalled to have the Timing chains changed, by the sounds of it its the timing chain that rattling on this on a cold engine before the oil pressure pushes up the tensioner, I'll be gutted if I have to chuck a load more cash at it after just buying it...... I have been after a Navara for a good few weeks and now finally I picked one up a couple of days ago, its not perfect and has done a bit of work with the odd tiny ding but I'm made up with it, the only thing I'm not happy about os its a bit noisy starting when cold and after about a Minute it clears itself and Purrs along, any other Navara owners had this problem from cold start?. Cheers Tony

I must try this Catapult method John if it works! I see in your other post you social Imprint your birds for AI, Personally I can't see the point of going through the Myva of socializing a bird unless you're going to fly it, all my Imprints that I have done myself are full on food Imprint reared this way from day one! they're not for flying by any standard but they bond to me like they would with a gennuine mother feeding them until they fledge, I never reduced these birds in weight for any reason, useing this method I have had first year Goshawks give semen and two year old Peregrines stand!
