I might try a sack of Akela see for myself They going on winter diet shortly so I will reduce the dry by fifty percent, and increase raw meat fish bone fat, but still like them too get quality dry too and then off days meat not defrosted they not miss it, for me feeding quality dry and qualify raw gives best of both worlds, equals out money wise I've found

Ivd used grandorf for a couple of months and they been excellent on it, saved messing on with defrosting meat in the hot weather ? Pups dos very well on that and taste of the wild puppy Acana Origen Taste of the wild and Grandorf the ones I've tried over the last couple of years all been very good dogs looked and worked well on them, they piss all over most bagged feed even stuff of similar price, worth every penny imho

Whichever you buy pal get some gear too proof em with whist your on they last a hell of a lot longer if the leather is kept supple n they dried out properly after using them n cleaned I've abused my altberg defenders and it's showing now in cracks in leather, my faulty though my Lowa are pristine cos I've kept em right when I've used em My pal got a pair off eBay military surplus and too be fair they was in great condition nicely broken in but hardly any wear showing on the soles only paid about thirty quid beats the shit out of breaking them in mine where awful took good month before

Ya want prope leather the military type better imho try eBay n look for altberg defenders lot of lads sell em far cheaper than altberg Only draw back I've found is they horrible too break in, but durable enough and waterproof as well Found Lowa gtx bang on out the box more breathable and more comfortable as well, both half decent boots

Regarding allowing them off together I let my young pups run about together usually with dam and spaniel once they up a little they out with full pack , they just seem too learn commands so much easier following the older ones on, same when it comes too jumping bushing etc same when it comes too learning too hunt the older digs teach them loads even just chasing about the empty fields n rough play it all comes in handy down the line,
