Exactly.....horrible little things. I've said it before but I bet more people are bitten by these dogs than any other breed ever, it's just they don't get reported cos they're so puny. Just boot it over the fence when noone's looking pal That's the worth thing its only ever out in the garden with her ... She can clearly see my dogs are out there with me but she opens the fukcing door and just let's the f***ing rat out ... I am growling my dogs down so they don't retaliate and she is laughing thinking its funny ... As I said is only going to end one way .........

My next door neighbour has a teacup yorkie fukcing creature that attacks my or any other dog whenever it sees them ... I have had ferrets bigger than this fukcing thing and Ny one of my dogs could kill it with one bite and shake however I don't allow my dogs to fight or be aggressive with other dogs ... They learn from puppies correct manners and tolerance ... My neighbours missus thinks its funny and calls it her little terrorist ... It came running out on Sunday during the BBQ and tried to attack Tegan's legs until I scruffed the little fukcer and gave it back to her ... Again she thought it

Exactly my point mate ... In weather like this I have to alter my working day ... I will be netting up by 5am and finishing by noon so that the dogs and ferrets can work a full shift but stay on the sensible side of the weather ... That said I will still have a couple of drums of water in the back of the truck to soak the animals if it gets to warm in the morning ... A few nice drinking troughs on tomorrow's job though so the dogs will be fine ......... I tend to favour the rail way embankments on a night shift in this heat under flood light............ edit too say this is looking abit hippi

I understand that and when its a working pack or club show with working dogs then great ... Back in the 70's 80's i was a member of a great club that held yearly shows ...It's the shows you see with overweight women dressed in pink combats pouncing around a ring with an oiled down manacured lurcher at the end of the lead that grates me ... If these ladies want to get into showing then do it with a pedigree dog and not a pretend working lurcher ........

Or I could be working my dogs everyday or going fishing or walking out of evening with the gun and dogs or whole host of other things ..... You obviously like your shows well done as the ones up your way must be very different to the ones I have been to if the ones you go to are full of working dogs ..........

You need to get yourself a nice little running dog now and get into it properly ............. Chance would be a fine thing !......I have a little dabble,im happy with that all things considered You have to make time for the pleasurable things in life mate and walking out in your own with your four legged friend at your side cannot be beaten ... All the worlds stresses just slip away ........

MALT one of the mods on here is from there if you have a problem with your parents he could come along and speak to them as a responsible member of the hunting community ... I am sure he would be more than happy if you asked him .......

I was born into a hunting family ... Mother included so it wasn't a problem for me ... Just explain the facts to your mother about respecting quarry etc but with her being a veggie you could have an up hill struggle lol ..... What part of wales you from young man ........

What is the great draw and fascination of these shows that people drag their dogs all over the country in this heat to parade them around a ring for a poxy Rosette ... Or worse enter them in racing and simulated coursing ... I never go to shows and if I do I don't take the dogs ... I took Tilly to a show a few months back so that I could asses her temperament around loads of dogs and people and gunfire etc she was great so she won't see a show again ... I recognised faces that I had seen in shows years previously and it seemed all the people showing knew each other by name and were friends etc
