I have a HW100 that I haven't even put 100 pellets through and was wondering what sort of interest I would get if I put it up for a swap ... The gun is immaculate I just can't get on with it .......

Sod that i cant stand being on my own for long thats how i get in arguments ................I suppose if you enjoy the taste of drink rather than the social thing then drinking at home is perfectly normal. I enjoy a glass of wine so when I get in after a hard day its nice to crack open the fridge and pour a glass out ... The day I can't get up and put a full shift in because of having a drink I will check myself ........

It seems by theses posts that if you like the company of others and enjoy a good natter then the pub is for you ... If you like your own company then home is the place to be ..... I work all day on my own and I love it ... I like the solitude and piece and quiet so I suppose a pub is the last place I want to be .......

I have never been a big pub fan ... All them people rammed into a few rooms jostling to get a drink ... drunk people talking shit ... Strangers trying to start a conversation with you ...,youngsters that turn into a two can van dam after a sniff of beer ... I did used to enjoy a couple of pints on a Sunday afternoon but I find myself more and more choosing to stay in the house or sit in the garden having chat and drink with my neighbour ... I can't remember the last time I whent to a pub for a drink ... Am I the only one that would rather have a drink in the house than go out ? .........

I do think schooling is very one dimensional and if your not academically minded you are fukced ... My eldest girl is about to graduate from university with a degree in Japanese studies and English and is off to Japan to teach ... My middle girl is going in September to study history and Spanish and my youngest will be doing her A levels next year with a view to going to university to study sciences .... Now my boy barely scraped any gcse's as he just isn't classroom orientated but is a grafter and loves work ... Luckily he got an apprenticeship within the family as a builder and all the way t

Spot on bosun not many real good do or die dogs make old bones ... It's just a sad fact that when they throw themselves at everything the odds are stacked against them ... Some get away with it and some don't as Jim's dogs will testify ... The youngster I have here now is a just this type of dog ... Very little she is on gets away ... Small fields ...big fields ...woods ...wet conditions ... Dry conditions whatever ... she is 150% focused on her prey ... As I work the dog everyday on all different terrains and jobs I feel that by next year she will have been tested enough for me to breed out o

18 gauge will keep a fox out if it is dug in and high enough .. Obviously the tighter the holes the stronger the fence ... Anything between 13mm and 25mm will do the job ...........
