    a PCSO can only ask you for your name and address and have no powers of arrest or anything really ... When they turn up I would ask them what vetiranary qualifications they have especially in canine dentistry that allows them to measure the dogs bite and what specialist equipment they intend to use ... Also ask them if the bloke was claiming it was a full bite or a partial bite and if it was a full bite are you going to measure the gap between each tooth to ascertain if it was your dog ...     I have only ever had one dog that I couldn't break to stock ... The dog was a mental case and if it missed what it was chasing the next thing it seen it would latch onto ...
