Don't buy a Helion xp50 I have one and won't see anything more with it than when I had my Helion xq38 and 1500 quid more the Helion xq38 is about the best for the money on any spotter iv had most of them

Yes the mag a bit to high and if its a 16mm lens it be worse 12mm lens makes xhairs normal I use 2x7 mag and a 3x 12 mag scopes for the 007 plenty enuf for airguns

Just got a 22 700mm barrel put it on impact and its shooting the JSB knockout slugs probably the best out of all the slugs iv used

Don't think you will get 40ftlb out box I can get about 36ftlb with 18grain jsb but mines a 500mm barrel you put a 6 or 700mm barrel and you will get the speeds you want iv got a 700mm impact 22 barrel and if I put it on with same settings as the JSB it goes to 1040fps you can't put a power plenum like impacts on one but you can get a bigger hole in barrel port and heavier hammer Weight what people use to get speeds up to shoot slugs hope this helps iv probably missed something out but I'm sure mitch will be along to give you his thoughts as he has crown aswell
