    good shooting! on my permission, you can practically walk up to the kits and hit em with a baseball bat they're so stupid...not that i've done that at all.

    the deben tracer atom pro kit is about £120 pounds. the much cheaper deben tracer atom standard kit is about £70. i bought the standard one because i'm on a budget and as long as you put the rabbit on the edge of th lamp or ue a filter you'll be fine without the dimmer.

    i got the standard one as i am on a budget and as long as you put the rabbits on the edge of the beam you'll be OK but it takes some practice. also the light is really low when you put on the red filter, only just enough to see light up a rabbits eye.

    how do you despatch a pigeon in a trap like this? i have an air rifle but i would not like to cause to much stress to the animal.

    try the deben tracer lamps. these are very nice, i have a atom myself and they are so light you hardly know that they are there.

    you can shoot in your backgarden provided you have a safe backstop (pellet catcher)and your pellet dose not leave your garden. or you can join a air rifle club. your local shooting ground may have a rifle range but it'll cost you.

    from what i've heard logun lamps are rubbish.but i have never used them so i would not know.

    excellent gun mate! i got th same. hate to break it to ya but thats a s400 classic not carbine. you can tell by th longer cylinder underneath.

    thanks bill, kick it i did bloody clumsy!! but congrats you got dropping and kick into that reply top aaron that is a nice set!! it blends itself to our country side better than the combat 95's!! you get top n bottoms?? I could only afford the jacket, £25. its a very nice jacket though, hidden pockets everywhere and it came with a liner.

    great shooting! i just wrap a scrim scarf round my head, as if i was mummifying myslef, with a few odd bits sticking out too look a little like leaves. speaking of camo, i got a sewdish m/86 pattern jacket at the kelmarsh gamefair, it looks so good; http://www.pbase.com/porkchop/image/44429815.jpg (thats not me by the way )

    i have been bitten by one before. though it was dead but it turned round and sunk its needle teeth into my palm. i dropped it and quickly and painlessly crushed its skull. always give them a second shot now.

    hi all, was out at the kelmarsh gamefair and must hav spent about £20 testing all the air rifles they had to test. i am a devotee to air arms and thought i always would be but i think i am now veering to the dark side after trying the hw100ks. its such a nice short rifle! the battle will allways be between the noodle arms Air Arms lovers and the big stock weirhauch devotees and i think i maybe the latter. anyway, hw100sk is definently nexty rifle.     if your on a budget how bout a tasco 6-24x50irao? very cheap. funnily enough at the kelmarsh gamefair today and tested the hawke 4-16x44 map pro and it had an excellent reticle. about £ on optics warehouse.
