yes frank and only a small fraction of what theres to be had .so i should be putting up some more threads soon.fly and fern are getting better with the nets ,not flying in to them when the rabbits bolt.thanks for that pigeonphill we have been keeping it clean.looks like were going to be hunting all year round now.cheers everyone will remember to take the batteries next time.lol good hunting rew

four days into the new year and another decent bag of rabbits ,didnt start of to well as the first two sections of hedgerow didnt produce any rabbits.to make matters worse one of the pups ran into the stopnets tangling it up bad and snapped one of my hazel poles.within seconds a rabbit bolted and ran over the stop net which was laying on the ground,but fern gave chase ,jumped a wooden fence and put in a good course that wasnt to be.then another rabbit bolted into my other stop net which gave us our first bunny.we went to were fern had coursed the first rabbit and netted up this produced two ,o

what has been your best rabbit lamping lurcher ,past or present and what cross was it and in what percentages ?what did this dog have what others you owned didnt?any pics if possible to sheer with us .cheers good hunting rew

we feed our dogs raw chicken mince and raw tripe on alternative days with broccolli carrots garlic sprouts tomatoes apples mixed in. they also get raw rabbit and beef bones and here is a couple of pics of what they got for christmas cost a tenner but there worth it. good hunting and feeding rew

me ,my baby sister and my dad decided to go ferreting today as we didnt have owt planned ,so about 10:30 ish we started getting the gear ready and the pups collerd up for a abit of fun out ferreting.the first warren wasnt netted as it was inaccessible and we thought this might let the pups have some runs but this wasnt to be as the rabbits decided to bolt from hole to hole ,one had the ferret piggy backing it lol back into the dark warren.we then had two visiters (the farmers wife and son) who after a little chat gave us the permision to ferret there in the future.in this period of time we ha

yes mate we have two litter sisters bred by vicki out of pepsi and oz.we are well pleased with them and they are coming on very well.the fawn bitch has had two bunnys on her last two lamping trips.fly the brindle bitch has had 4 day time rabbits and two on the lamp.have you got a lurcher of vicki or are you getting one? pups now just over 9months check some of my previous post with there progress. good hunting rew

im hoping to get an slr in a few weeks which i will use for taking action shots of the dogs.so just wondering what camera you are using ?and if possible just a couple action shots aswell to help me make my mind up.cheers good hunting rew

the brindle lurcher is my dads mate we dont really work her that much as we are bringing on the new pups ,but im after abit of sport with the lads these next two weeks so i'll have her out everyday near enough ,3/4 greyhound x 1/4 beardie collie and she stands at 231/2" .great pics W.H but is that all you got lol ? storm did do well but i have got to say i was impressed with all of them and the ferrets which bolted us about 8 rabbits and killed two .the run on the big bunny was class ,only wish it was closer and you could of got some great pics .i liked how both pups (bracken and storm) was q

me and dad took fern for a couple runs on the lamp the other night ,the rabbits were thin on the ground and the ones which where out didnt stay around for long.coming towards the end of the night we had a little luck and had two squatters.the first we got to within a yard or two but it just sat tight and fern couldnt see it ,we tried to get it to move so fern could see it but she was looking everwhere else except the bunny which was sunk into the grass.when it finally did it took fern by surprise but she nearly took it on the run within a few yards ,this one took her threw some trees but she
