In my opinion its just one more example of how pathetically weak our society has become.....i remember being a young un and anybody caught carrying a weapon would have the piss taken out of them for months by their own pals.....carrying a weapon was seen as weak and meant you didnt have the balls to use your fists,feet or whatever else it took.....things were just as rough back then as they are now but folk did have a little pride about themself unlike now where this twisted reversed society makes a young un think his mate is tough if he DOES carry a tool......madness !

Its also worth keeping in mind that strong stomach muscles can be of great help to a weak back....posture is also important....my problems came from a lot of powerlifting as a younger man,but like hard digging,it doesnt always cause problems at the time of intense effort,more often than not it creeps up a few days later.....some people are just blessed with strong backs,and some of us are not.....still say a good quality lifting belt will help.

For work get yaself a thick weighlifting belt mate and wear it as tight as you can manage.......as for knocking about the house a support will be fine.....stretching will help....but sciatica is a long lasting problem unfortunately that crops up when least expected.....ask my mrs .....best of luck with it i wouldnt wish it on anyone.

Pretty sure they are just another version of the old time bulldog i imagine sussex is simply the area the particular breeder lived....cant see the name having any other meaning.....think another type is the dorset ?....think they are all chasing pretty much the same market some are bound to be better than others and would think they all think they have the best....not much different to any other breed really.

Well done to Man Utd...it must be great to support possibly the greatest club europe has ever seen in my book.......personally i detest chelsea and think it would have been bad for football in general had they won.....as a neutral i enjoyed the game the other night...but one thing struck me as glaringly obvious,and thats the fact that what happened to possibly the best penalty taker on the park.....where was Ballack hiding when the pressure was on ? as far as im concerned he bottled it plain and simple and left poor john terry to take it on the chin which im sure he will do and come back as he

maybe not no......but witters best days are behind him at 34 and hatton SHOULD have fought him before now....like i say i didnt rate witter that highly myself,but i rated him higher than 90% of opponents hatton faces...and after all said and done,what motivation can there be for someone like witter.....when hatton took the fight with lascano witter must have felt like hanging his gloves up !.....all the best.

To be honest i feel a little sorry for witter.....no he,s not a great but he was always a top level fighter.....it must have been very disheartening for him to know that no matter what he did the other top fighter at the same weight in his owner country would never have fought him in a month of sundays....now at 34 years old with no real big money fights behind him he will probably fade away into the background,hopefully not......very poor performance last night,a lot of the brendan ingle fighters have been very loose in their styles....naz,herol graham,witter.....that hands down stuff will al

Made the journey up north yesterday and although my team lost 4-1 i have to say it was a priveledge to watch that man utd team....there speed and movement can make any team look bad......theres always genuine respect between the hammers and utd and yesterday was a really refreshing reminder that the game is still healthy....our single goal was applauded,our team got applauded off the pitch by 76000 fans.....and to watch a team with the quality of utd was worth the trip....i hope they stuff them chelsea fraudsters good and proper.

lurcherchavvy...despite the fact you sound like a teenager...,i,ll speak to you like an adult.....if a player is standing in front of the goalkeeper blocking his field of vision,he is interfeering with play.......so the offside goal was clearly dissallowed for good reason.....as for who had the better of the game and deserved the win well thats debatable and im not arguing either way....but the fact is the game was decided on 2 penalty decisions that both went in favour of chelsea that in my opinion were both wrong,hence i feel they was lucky to go through. For me that whole game last night rested on 2 bad penalty decisions....would the ref have given chelsea that penalty if he hadnt 2 minutes previously disallowed the offside goal? maybe not......having put the whistle to his mouth and started pointing to the spot when hyypia was brought down,had he blown it...your talking 4-4 and a liverpool win !....very lucky to get through in my opinion....hopefully the big club with history and tradition and not just money will win the final.

The difference is vidic went off like a man and got treatment.....drogba would have rolled from one end of the pitch to the other,cried like a baby and most probably have needed trauma therapy as well as counselling....if a little nudge drops him as easily as it does imagine what a real knock would do to him.....he must be an embarassment to any chelsea fan.

Bang on.......if your dog gave up the chase you wouldnt be happy,if your ferret turned away you wouldnt be happy,if a stranger bopped you on the nose would you stand and take it.......we as proud english people need to look in on ourselves and not expect from an animal what we cant give ourself......and turning away and giving up on our country is quitting,curring out,giving up...whatever words you want to call it.......personally i cant quit on my country as much as it sickens me at times.
