    I just find it almost degrading to the pro game and to seasoned pro fighters that someone like that kid Ogogo can get an Olympic bronze......then immediately sign a contract under one of the biggest promotional banners in world sport and think that coming third in an amateur boxing competition carries weight of some sort !..............The fact an Olympian gets immediate tv coverage and exposure must be as hurtful to the amateur game as it is to the pros as how many Olympians are going to want to stay amateur after they scoop up a medal.

    Haye is probably the best finisher in the division at the moment............Fury has been down and got back up to take charge and fair do,s for that............but Haye is a different level if he gets him down he,ll finish him......and at some point he will connect flush that you can be sure of. The Eubank kid i dont rate him at all..........Degale i dont think will ever reach world level...................The time will come when an Olympic medal wont hold as much weight in the pros as it currently seems to !

    I used to feel the same on the boxing threads when you and AFT used to get going Gnash, made for fascinating reading! He was a good lad certainly knew his stuff i kind of miss reading his thoughts.................as said though,always impressive to read a mans opinions born of enthusiasm/knowledge/experience etc ....regardless of the subject.

    Not short sighted pal, very very far sighted!!!! I understand what you are saying gnasher but nigel farage has done his homework, ukip know the forces they are up against and how massive resources will be turned against them.     No i completely agree mate they were fun days id love to have them back.............i just dont get that mentality of wishing us bad more than you wish yourself good..........in a Wales/Ireland/Scotland versus Nigeria fixture i just cant get my hear round cheering on Nigeria.............International football just doesnt carry the same rivalry as club football id become a lifelong member of the Glasgow Girl Guides if they could get one over on Millwall !!......But international rivalry just doesnt have that intensity.
