I couldnt work out why Ronnie is only ranked 30 odd.......but its because he doesnt go in for all the other competitions apparently.......so my theory was that he might be a bit rusty......and being that the chinky kid has won everything except the worlds i figured maybe its his year this year..............but when Ronnie gets in the groove its certainly hard to see past him.

The gym to be a part of at the moment on a roll full of current champions and future contenders Spent a good few hours nattering away like a bunch of old women a few years ago i thought he was bang on ( for a northerner ) ......had a good way about him as well very respectful and a huge thirst for knowledge......his conditioning of fighters will be up there with anyone over the next few years if/when his fighters lose it wont be because they wasnt in good nick thats a cert The good ol Tko Canning Town !

Think that fight went exactly to plan for Crolla his intentions were always going to be to come on strong in the later rounds.....while i wouldnt think he,ll win world honours he,s certainly a good domestic/european level fighter....... funny little character Crolla little cute smile he looks like he,s doing it all for a school project or something .....just shows you dont have to growl and snarl at everyone to have what it takes to be solid on the inside i wouldnt mind betting he would go as far as his body would take him i wouldnt think theres much quit in that kid......you can just tell.

Cracking little fighter that Quigg he,s a great example of where hard work and dedication can get you....i dont think he,s blessed with bundles of talent but he really lives the life and his hunger for success is beautiful to watch.......just look at the hardness of his body compared to 3 or 4 years ago and thats without putting on any weight at all !......Quigg and Joe Gallagher look the perfect match both learning the game together and both as keen as each other......Gallagher will be one of the best trainers of his era in my opinion.

Being as though im pugged up indoors for a while i thought id try and get into the snooker so had a bit of a wild punt on that Chinky kid Ding jun Hui for the championship at 8/1............is there anyone who knows a thing or two about snooker who can give me some reassurance that i havent done my money ...............whos your money on snooker bods ?

I sippose its like anything you just have to minimise the risk and if the chemicals are out there to do that its silly not to use them......ive no idea what it is but i whacked a load of the gear on that Taz sent me and no signs so far ......my view is if the technology is out there then use it.

Haha brilliant shearer and Hansen haha What is the westham way of playing. They still going on about the football cause they havent played their football well in past 40 year. Haha The West Ham way of playing football is to take local lads off the street and teach them to play passing football......once they reach a good enough standard to make football their profession they are taken to the next level in the first team,to which it is then generally accepte

Ferguson is without doubt the greatest manager of his era......but as a human being who knows what he is like....... saying the squad was in the best possible shape,and choosing Moyes over Mourinho would suggest he didnt know what he was talking about.......and thats a hard way to describe an all time great manager !..............so you just have to draw your own conclusions i guess,and i know what mine are.
