I have no time for folk who dont have dreams it shows a lack of ambition we should all try to be the best we can be physically,mentally or financially.......my brother is the worlds worst for settling for second best with a " what will be will be " attitude he had exactly the same upbringing as me and has moaned and whinged his way through life with no dreams,goals or aspirations.....im not perfect by any means but any goal i ever set myself i reached and then set bigger ones,plenty of bumps and bruises along the way but its all part of achieving in my opinion.

I sparred James Oyebola back in the late ,s im sure he was 6 ft 10 or 11......before the spar i told him he should go and join the circus.....after the spar i said forget the circus you aint bad at this boxing lark ......smashing big lad he was God rest his soul.

Ive said for a long time id like to see fighters weighed in before the fight in the ring itself......what reason is there not to ?....you get 2 fit healthy fighters at the weight they are best able to perform.

I might be wrong but wasn't it you who said Klitchsko would do that to Jo Apart from Wilder who is 6ft 8 is it ? im not sure there is anyone else around the size of Fury......im not entirely sure what point you are making mate,sure theres plenty of good gym fighters out there but a fighter can only be judged in competition and so a fighter whos greatest attribute is his size is never going to be popular. As for how a Joshua/Fury fight would go im of the belief that a guy like Fury can wing it and fiddle his way through the odd fight without getting exposed......but nobody can fiddle

Who are these other 6 ft 9 heavyweights mate ?....not digging you out i just genuinely dont know. I dont think anyone has said Fury is crap you dont become a pro fighter by being crap whatever size you are........but on God given talent and ability ( which will be what it will be regardless of size ) i dont think he would even be British Title level as a 5 ft 10 " middleweight......as an example John Ryder has more pure boxing ability,better punch delivery,punch accuracy and variation in his little finger than Fury has in his entire being yet he,s never even won a British Title !

So what's your take on it gnasher.Are you a believer or a non believer.in what Greyman and socks are saying. I dont really have a take on it.....a few of my own thoughts but im a relative newcomer to the countryside so not really entitled to an actual opinion thats why something like this is so frustrating its an interesting carrot being dangled and without seeing the footage i cant really see how anyone could form an opinion......unless of course they have their own experiences/sightings.....which i dont.

Same here i like ol Dogman i was just like him when i was about 16..... just angry at the world and everybody in it,no f****r actually liked me they just wanted to be around me to see me go on the turn and do something nutty every 5 minutes Dogman if you make a man an offer he cant refuse........good will and manners usually go out the window

I think we,ve had a similar conversation before Wilf so i dont want to antagonize you but would you say you are ashamed of being English ? I had all these " is the grass greener " type of questions and it took me all of about 5 minutes to realise that yes it is.....but that still doesnt change who i am and where im from im a big rough kid off the estate im not ashamed of that who am i to turn my back on where im from. An old boxing trainer from these parts who has trained world champions and probably forgotten more about the sport than i will ever know put it to me like this...... No he,s not he,s what we used to call in the old days a box fighter.......punchers/sluggers are not concerned with scoring points they totally commit to getting the finish and rely on their punch to win the fight......just because a fighter hits hard doesnt make them a puncher/slugger.I was talking about him being a big hitter, when you say someone is a puncher most of the time you're on about their power. Wlad is a classic boxer/puncher. Exactly a box fighter go,s in the ring with a completely different mindset to a pure puncher.....a puncher/slugger is going to try to take you out and
