This is where immigration is a complete farce....at a time when it would seem fair and sensible to give shelter to people just like us we cant because we are so overstocked with foreign aliens absolutely nothing like us.......but then im sure we'll make room anyway because we are just such nice people in the west !

In all fairness mate between crisis actors/mannequins/doctored pictures/old footage im not convinced many normal everyday folk have any trust or reason whatsoever to believe whats put out by the media anymore.....but that " meme " if thats what its called is aimed simply as it says.......at silly week to week experts/hobbyists who are no better than the other lot.

Is there anything missing in the diet of a dog/pup who will consistently eat rabbit droppings at any given opportunity ?.....i seem to remember being told years ago its something to do with a dog wanting veg thats already been through the gut....or have i just dreamed that up.

Thats one of the worst ones ive ever seen boxing really needs to start weeding out this type of corruption....i had a look at the scorecards and Ian John Lewis had Taylor 3 - 1 up after 4 rounds ?........Taylor lost the fight on the scales he was dead at the weight,all engine but no strength he's not the first and wont be the last....but judges have to be held accountable these are normal everyday guys who will be back at work this morning without a second thought to the fact they have just robbed a kid of his lifelong dreams its a disgrace.

Some people navigate London using pubs as landmarks i use gyms ?....you're near to Tee Jay's old gym he was a good fighter from my time his old man still runs the place i believe.....used to have the old Frontlines round there back then not an easy place to knock about.

I train around every other day on an average wee, it doesnt rule my life anymore but still feel incomplete if im too long out the gym. Do you train mate or just an observer ?.....you're a London lad if im not wrong ?

First thing ive always said to people mate,forget about numbers....the minute you start getting fixated on poundages your lifting will suffer or you'll get injured.....as the saying says " leave your ego at the door ".....truth be told you probably lift more than me these days mate i rarely lift heavy anymore.

Most of the scaffolding stuff is more balance and technique as opposed to raw strength a good pal of mine used to own Greater London Scaffolding we'd often have stupid bets on strength stuff one of their old favourites was what they called " topping a longun " from a kneeling position ( yeah didnt sound good to me either )......so topping a 21 ft tube from your knees....i remember a skinny kid half my size taking money off me when he did it with 2 tubes and i almost fractured my skull trying !.....handling them things every day you just get the feel and balance strength doesnt really come int

Obviously Mo Farrah is never going to bench 500 lb,frame and skeletal structure plays a part naturally......i always had the attitude that a 10 stone weakling lifting 200 lb is equally impressive as a Charles Atlas type lifting 3 x more its all about your own goals and targets.

Putin signed an animal cruelty bill 3 or 4 years ago banning animal fighting and put restrictions on certain dangerous dog breeds.......not that it means very much in a country that size Russians have more important shit to worry about than dogs fighting they take very little notice of it,but it is illegal.
