  2. NICE PUP THAT.. we have worked parkins stuff for many years. still have an old un that goes back to his stuff
  3. take your terriers where you think the foxes are and allow them to walk loose where the foxes are working. let them use there noses to hunt/find them on top. through cover ect. collect as many dens as you can and allow your dogs to check these also. sooner or later if they have it in them they will go down and work the foxes. there are a few on the sites that make and sell good quality fox nets. its also advisable to use a locating system. never miss a chance to give your pups a rag at a carcass road kill will do for that good luck
  4. ive saw all the working breeds and there crosses. and yes they have very good noses. the ones ive seen have outshined the other terrier breeds. although there will be plummers with poor noses and other breeds with good noses. the plummer is an exellent all round working terrier. this is not based on heresay but on first hand experience.
  5. Yes colour is being bred for more than working ability in to many cases these days. why dont they just get a smooth coated red lakey...... then it might work too. then again it might not. most of em are show bred nice little terrier bark. ignore the messers and keep posting
