    So here's the dog warden with the cops stopping likely vehicles that may be carrying stolen dogs..... Hurray says all, about friggin time.... But this is a double edged sword,... What if a hunting lurcher man gets stopped, they check his vehicle, 2 lurchers in the back, all fit and healthy, they scan them, nó microchip...
