I’d be very wary about using these hob services, these hobs could go over a good number of jills during the spring, who could have diseases only to be passed onto the next jill, if a good number of jills are being kept personally I’d get a hob done and only put him over my own Jill’s, better to be safe than sorry imo

  5. Blessed with excellent ground that holds very good numbers, that was a quite day to be honest we are normally double that, our best day so far was 174

  8. Give the locator collar a sharp tap that sometimes works, the magnetic switch gets stuck on, failing that just remove batteries after use,

  14. It was Simon whitehead on a fieldspots Britain channel that filmed it if you look on YouTube mate it might be of some help
  15. Have you tried placing small cut down sheets of plywood of similar into the hedge at intervals to possibly push them off their runs in the hedge, I’m sure there was someone on YouTube using them think they called them donk boards
  16. Iv just got a les Nelson net, it’s an absolute cracker he’s well worth a look,
  17. Just an observation, have your poles set the other way round, in front of your net inStead of at the back, that way all the bagging in the netting is at the right side if that makes sence
