  1. Couldn't agree with you more Molly, we were at a place on Saturday cleaning up what we started a few weeks ago only this time the farmer was there to move the bales from round his feed clamps. A few started running but when we got to the last bale all hell broke loose. One very happy farmer and 4 very knackered, hot terriers.
  2. Style Council Greatest Hits You're the best thing. Next track is one of my faves (big boss groove) so i'll be turning the volume up.
  3. I also went ratting today. Wish i had the camera to take photos of two rats bolting ouot of a slurry pipe straight over my head and down my back. Dogs did the business and nailed them both as well as several others. Biggest rat we had all day bolted out of some bales and had a bushy tale
  4. Brings back memories that does. I saw loads of scoots at the weekend, I don't really keep in touch with the scene now but I reckon there must of been a do at Skeggy at the weekend cos there were loads of scooters coming through Grantham on the A52
  5. I reckon the ref had borrowed the barca shirt the linesman had earlier in the week. can't disagree with him sending Lehman off though. Roll on next season
  6. The best by far is David Attenborough, he's brilliant. For comedy it has to be those guys who go round catching snakes and crocs. As for twats theres plenty of them. One of the worst IMO is Chris Packham. I once saw something in a book he'd written and he was saying what great creatures rats are. Apparently he has lots of them living in his loft. I wish I knew where he lived cos I'd have the terriers down there in a flash.
  7. Heard a comment on radio this lunchtime. "I'd prefer a white Brazillian to a black Englishman" This was aimed at somebody who had suggested Ian Wright would have been a be a good candidate. I don't agree with that opinion personally but what if there was a black Englishman who was genuinely upto the job. Who would prefer a white foreigner to a black Englishman?
  8. Now at 4.8m. Looks like he's going to get a feckin orgy
  9. i hope he enjoys it cos he's easy going to get 2mill

    Dog Borstal

Did anyone watch it. Must be the campest terrier owner in the universe. The staffy had the right idea though, it was the local cat killer.
  12. The buck was just like the photo on the right which I believe is a roe
  13. You could have a point about different groups. The most i've seen was 23 about 50yards from my back fence all sat down. Usually when they're about there's probably no more than a dozen. When I saw them today they weren't on any crops feeding and just seemed to be playing about jumping backwards and forwards across a big ditch. I don't know what it was that spooked them but after about 45 mins they all legged it for the woods. However there was definately no buck amongst them.
  14. Yes, they are roe. Sorry bout the wrong terminology. I got it 1/2 right. I was going to say stag, oops.
  15. My local herd of roe deer were out in the field behind my house this afternoon. I counted 25 but they were all hinds. Usually there is a buck with them. Is it usual that the buck would have left them on there own or is it likely that he has been injured or killed. Don't know too much about the habits of wild deer herds and was just wondering if any of you might have any ideas.

    Training,..

Don't why you boys are so bothered about getting a six pack. I've got a whole f****n barrel and getting it was a lot less strenuous. About the heaviest thing i lifted to get it ws a pint. Mind you it took lots of reps
  17. Woody, have you ever thought of putting yourself forward as the next chief exec of the countryside alliance? Cos you sound just like one of them twats, only looking out for there horsey mates and selling the rest of us dog boys & girls right down the f****n river. Are you saying you've NEVER breached any law ie speeding, using your mobile while driving etc. :realmad: :realmad:
  18. Daft b*****ds SC Essex Good choices bud JOEB Black Country Scooter Rats, Birmingham.
  19. The Specials - Too much too young was probably my all time fave but there's so many good sonngs from that decade. It's nice to see so many references to groups like The Jam and some odf the ska bands. Has it happens i'm listening to The style council greatest hits while i'm writing this. Was never the so called trendy bands of the time although listening to it now some of it is pretty good. Also Soft Cell - Tainted Love although i honestly prefer the original. How many former scooter boys are there on this site? Keep the Faith!!

    Great game

Just watched the real madrid v arsenal game. The arsenal boys ran the so called galacticos ragged. The first ever english team to beat them at there so called fortress bernabau. Yeh, i know they should have scored more but given there recent form any victory is indeed great. Bring on the second leg!
  21. When the *** was about to come in I went to one of the CA meetings and all they were bothered about was people still been able to dress up and ride their horse. They couldn't or wouldn't understand that there so called LINE HUNTING isn't bloody hunting at all. Not a word was said in support of all the lurcher and terrier folk. On Saturday I was at a meet and they were asking everybody to put £5 in the bucket to help finance the legal challenge. With the best will in the world no legal challenge is going to come out in our favour. We might as well just carry on what we're doing "within the law
  22. I recently had my first litter and took them to a mate. He put a 10pence piece against the tail starting at the body and cut it there. I've never seen a dog being docked before and really couldn't believe what all the fuss is about, the tiniest whine then straight back to their mother who cleaned them up, what little there was to clean up anyway.
