  12. To To be honest love, two years is still way to young to breed any bitch . . . . how much work can a two year old have seen? Maybe one proper season? At two years old, a dog is only just leaving puppyhood behind imo. I don't have running dogs though I have working Labs and two is Min age, I didnt breed my yellow lab till she was 6 , I only browse on here as I have been mulling over getting a little rabbit dog
  13. bolt action did have a simmons on but now is sporting a temp Nikko Sterling not a bad scope using it as testing different scopes through the night vision my semi has a bushnell on it best scope is on my 243 schmidt and bender cracking but expensive!
  14. 12months is way to young to breed a bitch she is still growing, a young pup doesn't need to the stress a litter puts on a bitch i never breed any of my bitches till there two years old!
  15. Perhaps she wasn't always Clare? yeah I was born Clive No always been Clare sorry it was just you posting it after I posted and it did seem like it was aimed at me people should shoot at ranges they are comfy shooting at- also depends on the land you shoot, ours is very flat with safe back stops, suppose on hills and such you have to shoot shorter
  16. less the breed more the drive and nose , I have Jacks who all rat Blanker is my best she can smell a rat a mile off and wont give up no matter where it is even if it means climbing up things , but I have a labrador and shes a demon on rats she's had lots down at farms and on walks
  17. *if* that is aimed at me- anyone is welcome to come shooting with us, but I having nothing to prove, you wont find a rabbit problem on my permission also the reason I keep getting more without asking for it, and last thing I'm female so don't have a penis so void really I think its practice, if you were shooting at 50yards you wouldnt get near the rabbits around me, so we have had to do plenty of practice to shoot longer ranges
  18. we zero ours at 75yards and our longest 142yards, we shoot CCI's
  19. you've got to take into account the cost of raising a litter, you have the extra food mum is getting, mine get an open 15kg bag of chudleys puppy when raising pups, then you have the cost of docking, mircrochipping, first vac, worming, feeding it all adds up!
  20. what "special licence" no such thing! only licence you need is cites if you are exporting the animal. im getting a caiman as soon as ive the setup built for it. only other time you need a licence is if you charge entry fees to your premises as you are then classed as a "zoo" Are you still trying to get rid of that husband of yours beware of a woman who keeps a pet croc my O/H would love a spec caimen or dwarf but the DWA lience make you through so many hoops were waiting till we move, but to be honest I dont think true dwarf caiman should be one the DWA my snappers are
