  6. I have always used Panacur wormer for my adults and my pups with no problems, I have a litter of 6 week old pups have been wormed regular evey 2 weeks as normal, all pups were normal and happy they were due to be done again this coming Monday on thus night I noticed one was crying and wouldn't settle, withing half hour it was fitting, and withing two hours three were going same way, rushed them to vets and £400 later I had three dead puppies they ran bloods and came out that the wormer wasn't working and they had got anemia and a infection from worms, none of the puppies had looked worm bloa

  16. No problem Hope it all goes well I know what you mean about no swapping hence why I have 10 dogs here at mo!! only I will sell is my big choc dog, but that's because he's not liking kennels and my bitch wont tolerate him in house, he also broke my leg I see your from East Yorkshire me to! I'm Beverley way
  17. sounds like you need to take his retrieve right back to basics, does he just do it with dummies or with other things e.g tennis balls? he is still young if he was mine I would stop retrieving work and give him a break from it and concentrate on something else, or you could try him with tennis ball or rabbit dummie and see if hes still doing it, I have a choc lab bitch that would do it with tennis balls and dummies but once moved onto fur and feather it stopped Edit if you have only had hom six weeks hes still finding his feet I wouldn't be worrying to much that hes spot on Clare

  24. I agree, all my puppies go with a breeders contract what states that for any reason you can not keep the puppies that it comes back to me, as I would rather it come back to me not matter what than end up in a rescue kennel or be passed from post to post. I have had three back, one had no training and took me 6 months to get something like and then was rehomed to a lovely couple in london, one is still here and will stay here for life and the third was rehomed to a keeper up north
  25. it is do able, when my woodie came to me, she was very gun shy, she would dig herself under my feet to get away. it took alot of work but she's now 110% OK with gun. I started with woodie by walking her by my local clay ground, not to close to be scared but close enough she could hear them without fear, and slowly got closer, once she was steady with that I started driving to clay ground parking at furthest end of clay ground and sitting in back with her (landrover defnder) and just ignoring the guns, did this for short times 10-20mins depending on reaction and increased it til i had her s
