well iv gathered enough sloe's to make 2ltr's of sloe gin, which i will be starting tommorow 1ltr is going to be left for 3months ish and the other litre im going to leave for a year till i bottle it, what's youre choices on gin, sugar, amounts of sugar, almond essance, maturing times etc??

I know for a fact there is lads using half x down in wales and they doing very well, in fact to quote one of the lads "they are like little excocet missiles, just aim them at the target". im not saying that the x is useless, but from what iv seen id sooner opt for a beddy whippet
