  1. We were young, impoverished, and desperate, shoplifting was a crime librarylifting wasn't, I no longer lose sleep over it ?
  2. I remember his The City breeds culture, the desert breeds men line, rat hunting man I think? I found a load of discrepancies in his books as I got older BUT I bought every one as soon as they came out as a kid or nicked them from the library, and he did once claim his books were the most nicked on library shelves ?
  3. I do remember he was a black guy, Google his name in Walsall he did a stretch for kidnap, didn't he die early or something?
  4. Chinese don't buy foxes, UK Chinese at any rate, but it made a good tale same as the urban legend of the dog microchip in a takeaway that surfaces every couple of years. My area its some guy bites down on a bit of plastic in his chow-mein and trading standards analyse it, belonged to a black lab/Jack russell/Staffy depending who is telling the tale, the Chinese take-away is always closed down and they leave the area.

  6. I remember it, about mentoring the boxer cord well hylton who later went on to kidnap his own wife and served time. I went to the school plummer taught in for a talk about rats hosted by plummer and hancock years back when I was around 15.
  7. Reminds me of Hendon garth where I grew up. Got my Bhutan visa, happy with this, the hidden kingdom, only 2000 tourists a year, that's less than North Korea or chernobyl (always fancied both of them).
  8. Might be, it's a rough part of town ? I still have one ear left though?
  9. Here's the local sub-station with a little temple at the bottom for good luck with that f***ing wiring.
  10. Just had a coffee with a brit guy who actually saw a snow leopard 3 years ago, it was at a distance, he thought it was hunting blue sheep.
  11. Watching his nephew Martin fishing on TV is like watching paint dry, he has no personality. John Wilson was genuine entertainment and had carved a great life out for himself in Thailand RIP
  12. Good write up Ted.? I read of some guy who posed an elk and took pics of it on his truck before he had put the tag on,got done for some violation.
  13. I wonder how he would have fared in this age of transparency.
  14. Wiring in the street looks well dodgy though ?
  15. Just been sat in someone's place,he just showed me the full spectrum vapes he is making, bought the entire kit from a trading website including skittles, dosidos, wedding cake etc terpens and the solution oils etc, wasn't there for long, just popped in to see him,got a Flight in a couple of hours and avidity to a farm in the far west of Nepal, pics will follow.
