    He is super lucky,we used to be able to tell how long a westerner had been there by how healthy and fat they looked,I think it’s got better though,but not food hygiene,but toilet numbers have,I think there’s a toilet for every 75 people now,modi promised a toilet for every house in India but he is a long way off.I haven’t been there for 5 years but last time I flew Air India and found chicken feathers in the curry in the inflight meal lol.

    It’s true,I got back from a year in India once and was hospitalised,I had amoebic dysentery and had bum gravy squirting out once an hour,you look down a toilet and it’s multi-coloured squirts.

    My kid seen a couple in Florida,I didn’t realise they had spread,your lucky the variety of wildlife thats local to you.

    Especially multi coloured Indian bum-gravy with the huge cloud of flies that hang around every time you squat over an Indian toilet,I think at the time Indian statistics were one toilet for every 150 people in India?Thats why they used fields or gutters.

    Still need to get one,Mrs has been looking but hasn’t seen the “right” one. going to have a real Christmas,Mrs has a huge network of family and friends,my son and his lady is coming up from Florida,tobogganing or ice-skating,making snowmen the works.

    Short answer I saw pigs cleaning out an open toilet in Goa,multi coloured diarrhoea on their snouts (no one in India has solid shits). I took these pics in the Philippines maybe 15 years back,they collected the blood in a dish for blood soup.If you go there when there’s a village fiesta the night before the celebrations you hear pigs screaming all over the village and surrounding jungle as pigs meet their maker.

    I had a solar charged Spypoint,yesterday I saw the new range of cams which you can just plug a solar panel into instead of it being an integral part. Years ago I got an alarm on my phone,I opened the app and in real time saw some chaps who didn’t have my best interests at heart,always good to have a decent cam and be able to hear people chatting lol. Have you a link to the 40X zoom please?

    I ate it before the real name is dinuguan it’s a thick blood/offal soup,don’t eat pig now so wouldn’t touch it but with rice it was ok.

    Did 21 kilometres,intended to do 30 but it was -11 with windchill so I cut it short.Followed coyote tracks in a swamp till it crossed some slush onto a ridge line in thick scrub,heard a beaver rasping wood off a tree trunk,you could see pop holes on the ice where they were coming up.Popped into the store and a guy in the queue was buying snow-shoes,temps dropping to -15 next week,it’s going to be a white Christmas.

    Just popped into a Filipino resto,now I realise why I normally avoid them pigs blood stew (yes,I have eaten it in the past).
