It should be Bill I reckon it was taken with a Fuji FinePix A101 With a shutter speed of 1/64th of a second F4.6 with the metering done in 'Patern' mode But MTP, you must set the date on it Phantom -

I don't do gardening, not allowed Thats the wife's territory I tried it once, apparently prize rozes and other pretty smelly things are not weeds? and apparently burning is not allowed these day's you need something called a lawn mower my old man used to use a Sythe, is that similar, I heard this mower thing floats on air Phantom -
As above I would go for the Air Arms S200, but if you read my threads, you'll find that I'm perhaps just a tiny bit biased Seriously after seeing the results I've been getting with the S200 I've converted a few people including Bill aka Sweeny Todd (usually shoots top spec HW100) and Shay aka Venom Viper (he's got a lot of quality guns) and a few others, more recently John (Johnboy19) has just purchased the S200 and almost everyone loves them (unless your very tall then you may find it a little small without spacers on the stock). I also happen to be a fan of the SMK XS19 (loads of pe

I think Marco might be correct there, if anyone has spares it would be Chambers. I've just looked and they list a huge variety of Diana/Original Guns here http://www.gunspares.co.uk/shopdisplaycategories.asp?id=24035&cat=Diana%2FOriginal However those are not listed. If you give them a quick ring though, they will let you know if the spares are interchangable with what your thinking of. They have been excetionally helpful when I have rang them in the past What is it your planning on doing, just plinking or hunting and or target work? Phantom

Dont you start with interesting info PH I've just been trying to find a definate yes or no on your other thread k'innel :wallbash: My noggin hurts now Phantom

Wouldn't it be NICE and SIMPLE for them to state YES or NO to such a question instead of reffering from one piece of legislation to another paragraph that then refers to another piece of legislaion that has nothing to do with the original, but refers to yet another paragraph that then says yes, but No wonder lawyers make so much money, they have a lot of shite to rumage and find their way through. Mind blowing!!!! Phantom

FECKIN' ELL' However under the 2006 V.C.R. Act, it IS an offence (punishable by a £1,000 fine to give an air weapon or ammunition for it to a person under the age of 14, BUT, it is not an offence for the young person to receive it Phantom

Straight from Government Legislation http://www.publicati...aff/95/9508.htm Section 144 States (copied and pasted from above document: 144. At present, children of any age may use air weapons, subject to certain controls. Children under 14 may not buy, hire, be given or own air weapons or ammunition. They may use them under the supervision of a person over the age of 21, as long as they do not shoot beyond the boundaries of the property or premises where they are using the weapon. They may also use them for target practice at approved clubs, or at a shooting gallery for air weapons

Excellent Kev Well done Phantom Sym, It may look like good fun, and it is indeed good, but it takes some getting used to Everything looks different on a night, ranges are a total bitch until you get used to it. And, when you see that first pair of silver glowing eyes that seem to be bigger than golfballs heading right to the back of your head through your scope, well lets say that a roll of bog paper would come in handy. Especially in a cemetery  Phantom

Thanks guy's I enjoyed the afternoon and evening, fairly relaxing; even if was a bit low on the body count Like you Aaron, I need more practice at the angles When I went out early last year I did a few steep down hill shots at a target and every one hit the mark (or very close to it) but when it comes to upward shots, I usually get a clean miss for some reason Thanks Si for pointing out the reason I usually miss these shots Garfield my good man, glad to see your back with us I was thinking you'd deserted us all Decided to stay in this evening and get some more of my pro

What a contrast yesterday was to the 1st time on the new permission. I got to the permission as about 12:40, made sure the Geese were out of the way and set up my zero check target. Six shots later I had my first bunny in the bag And before any of you sarky tw@ts go on about it, five of those were into the zero card and backstop I celebrated by opening a nice cold can of lager and pouring it down my throat. That kissed the spot. I put the other three cans in the shade for later. It was an hour later when my next target arrived on the scene, it was a woody sat right at the very top

Hi Si, The RFD who supplied me with my first tub of FX pellets told me the same, however they are not identical in my personal experiance. The AAF's have a slightly flatter head and the FX is more bulbous in the head making them a little taller. Here's my original thread: http://www.thehuntinglife.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=107827&st=0&p=1113897&fromsearch=1entry1113897 But it seems they are virtually the same. Even the groupings in both my rifle's are very similar I measured the two test groups to compare the size. The AA pellets were 3mm tighter than the FX

Hi Shay, Great shooting The Vicar at the church is a bit of a bunny lover but she was out voted when it came to the "Do we let this man shoot them or do we let them cause more irreperable damage to the Cemetary" Jack beat me to exactly what I was going to say about them whinging about a bunny tod knocking their ball of course, so I've given him a slut point for that I would have said"Well Sir, I have to shoot these lovely little critters on this course. Do you know why?, because If I didn't then arseholes like yourselves would not be able to enjoy their games of golf, because nobo

Thanks guy's Comming home last night I shot a kit in the cemetery. Again i'ts a clearance permission but with the amount of land around it thats crawling, total clearance is never going to happen Then cutting through the horse paddock permission, I saw both those black kits out playing together Thats a control, more than a clearance and its up to me what I shoot Phantom

I'm finding it very difficult to keep track of who's got what gun today as they were all different yesterday and will be again tomorrow. My head's hurting just thinking about it. So Shannon will become the female 'Cotton Tail Assassin' then Nice Welcome to the S200 Club Shannon, now you've got a decent rifle, I'll forgive you for calling me Bill Phantom

Hey Sym, Yes I roasted the Woody with the bacon wrapped around it Tasted very nice, but I over cooked it a little (well a lot actually) was very dry and crumbly Next time, I will keep my eye on the clock and not let it cook till the bacon is dry. Come to think of it, I might fry it as Aaron suggested, but a little longer than he would. Phantom
