Phantom replied to tillylamp's topic in Rifle Reviews, Technical Help and Tips
Rossy loved his almost as much as I love my AA S200 Phantom -
Hey guy's I've been out more or less every day since last week but just couldn't be bothered to write em up for some reason Shot a fair few as well got some pix as well, but just really enjoyed myself more than anything I was stood in Bunnyland last week next to a tree that was providing me good cover looking over the front garden, drive and one of the garage's. While I was awaiting my next kill, I had my gun on the tree stump in the middle and my hand on the trunk to the left and I was in full DPM, when a Robin came hopping down the tree trunk and landed on my left arm where it

Hi again Morgz I've noticed a fair few people are turning to the Hatsans I love the positioning of the safety on them and the polymer body styling. 6 Pigeons your already outshooting me on them I have an Air Arms S200 (my Baby) designed for high end target work, Powered up for hunting I have a lower end (but just as deadly as the top end guns) SMK XS19 Springer (The Beast) and I also have a bit of an antique ASI/Gamo Sniper with a 30 shot magazine, good for plinking and knocking over mice rats and ferrals in confined places. Thinking of taking it with me next time I go shooting for

To honour the English World Cup Squad Oxo are bringing out a new stock cube with white foil and a red cross on it. They are calling it 'laughing stock'! :clapper: And apparently all England matches will now be aired on the Gay Porn Channel. This is because the sight of English arseholes getting hammered is considdered too perverse for primetime terestrial TV :clapper: Phantom

It can take days, weeks or months :wallbash: Then it can happen simply because you happen to be in the right place at the right time Once you prove yourself, your name goes round and people come to you. But you do have to be pretty thick skinned and accept a hell of a lot of no's (even if its only a no 'for now'). Phantom

He's got a bet on with me, to see if anyone would dare admit they come from Nottingham :tongue2: Phantom

Stock for Webley Stingray Carbine
Phantom replied to fjer20's topic in Rifle Reviews, Technical Help and Tips
Put up a pic and we'll give our suggestions to help you out I did a refurb on an old ASI Rangemaster that had a crack from the end of the stock all the way back to the trigger cut through. I thought originally that it was a no-fixer, but I couldn't find a stock for it so I used some epoxy resin (previous owner had used pva glue wich worked for a short time). The gun is still being used today by the lad of the guy that purchased it from me Phantom -
You cheeky so and so's. I went to Bunnyland and within 5 minutes I had the 1st of the night (bunny that was, not another can) Oh I'll write it up on another thread....... Phantom

Hey again I often see the pellet on its journey towards its mark. If the Sun is shining brightly and is behind you the skirt really reflects the light, so you see it. Wait while you start lamping and every one shows up like a little rocket streaking towards its target I also use AA fields 5.52 they are 15.9 Grains, another favourite are the FX 16 Grain jobs. Very similar tto the AAF's but very slightly more weight and bulk in the nose. Regarding the AA's being soft, yes, I've heard people complain that the skirts damage easily, but in my experiance when it comes to smashing bunn

camo for my airgun
Phantom replied to george atkins ga's topic in Rifle Reviews, Technical Help and Tips
Bunnies dont see in colour. FAST - AGAINST THE WIND Movement and bright / light colours stand out to a bunny as do straight lines!, ever seen a straight line in nature? If your moving against the wind, a bunny will spot you. If your moving very slowly bunny wont see you. Flick just your middle finger at a bunny and it will leg it Tried it out myself just to see if it works and it does! Look towards a coo'ing Woody or Collard Dove in a tree and the coo'ing will stop if enough of your face reflects. Camo is great, cobine it with slow stealthy movements with the wind and you -
Yah mean like ME Phnatom f**k there goes me trigger finger again, jumping in before time! Is it really your first Garfield ? Cant believe that (thats what ya call licking ass )

I like your thinking buddy But do we want people like that on here? If he's been given the guidance and still ignores it, what differance would the rest of us make? He may think "Well perhaps I'm doing it wrong" but I have dealt with people like this in my last job. No matter how I tried to give them the options, their way was allways the best and it usually wound up with them under my knee with my cuffs on them awaiting the police. Some people just can not be educated fact of life. If someone like this was to appear on the THL I'd be outta here quick sharpe as I would want to

Obviously not firing on all cylinders yet though huh? No worries my good friend from across the water I'm on can number 9 out of 12 (Stella) on this ere fathers day and I plan on going bunny bashing this evening Phantom
