    Hi there Martin, Was the front sight plastic/polymer? If so the hole would probably have been used to allow grip of the foresight and not alow it to move left or right. Find out the diameter of your barrel and then you will be able to buy a standard Male UNF thread adaptor, that you pop on the end, screw the little grub screw and then your choice of silencer is just about any one you can think off Or you could get a push on silencer depending on diameter of the barrel.     Thank you Andy, I did not know they were the square section ones. I know that a company (I thought it was Titan) made a square spring, not just a cross section but a spring that would not roll down hill lol (if you get what I mean).
