    Hey Andy, I am lousey at remembering names and I knew there was another contender Don't worry about it, I've not picked up a gun since the last couple of bunnies (apart from a single shot airsoft pistol) I'll be well out of practice if this snow keeps up. We usually get a light sprinkling of snow, but yesterday and today has seen about 5 inches I love the stuff myself, but I need get the bunniesfor the lil' monsters They aint too keen on dried food, so they got my turkey steaks tonight!     I believe that will be up for grabs in July 2011 Somewhere around Swindon I believe The only thing about it, is I'm gonna under pressure to keep it I don't like pressure thats why I was so suprised at the outcome Reckon it'll go to either Si (cuz he'll be using his R-10 probably or his Ultra)or Mark (using his Hw100) next year. Unless Laura keeps her eye in and pinches si's R-10. I don't hold out much hope of retaining it as there are far better Marksmen than I out there Phantom

    Hey Bud, If weight is a stabalising factor (and in many pcp's heavier weight does seem to feature) have a go with the Bisley Magnums. You'll not have many squizzers run off with one of them in the noggin and we all know that at this time of year they would like the extra few grains :11: Phantom

    Hey Jasper, I have never done a direct comparison, but the FTT's worked (.22) well in the S200 but I used the Sil's in my HW40 Pistol (.177) and they performed very well indeed (rang the bell at 10M almost every time). Phantom

    And that is what I mean Archie they were many decades ago designed for just that, now they are designed for plinking, hunting and small vermin control. So I say they are not weapons as such they are our tools implements or guns Only to the uneducated, anties and people trying to ban them and of course those pricks with ears who would use them for such as you stated; but then a Biro, mans tie, womens tights and a babies feeding bottle can also be used as weapons, by those inclined to do so! I prefer the term Air gun, Air Rifle and Air Pistol rather than weapons because the term "Weapon"

    Hey Steve, Totally agree with what Darryl has corrected you on Take it you did a copy and paste from some American/Australian site? The Bow hunting thing was a dead give away and indeed in Australia the KZ of a rabbit is what you say with a "Varmint" tipped or "Broad Head" Arrow/quarrel. But in our kind of hunting, 2.5cm unless you know the anatomy of the bunny inside out and/or have finely honed Marksmanship skills and know all the KZ's Phantom

    Hi There and welcome to the forum The VERY FIRST thing that YOU PERSONALLY NEED TO DO (as your in NI) is check in with your local constabluary because you will need to obtain the relavent License. Your not going to be able to buy a gun (even a sub12 air rifle) without one. If you are granted one and you then purchase an air rifle or air gun (please don't use the term Weapon as a weapon is intended to hurt/kill/injure another human being) then come back to us and we'll talk you through setting up and zeroing your gun/scope and then we'll talk you through what you must be able to d

    I wouldn't use one enough to justify the price I use a length of fishing line and a baby wipe followed by a couple of my lads fag filters. Pull line down the muzzle, baby wipe inserted into the loop, pull through a couple of times, then pull a couple of fag filters through until they come out clean. Phantom
