    Most of the people Ive seen with them including a couple of mates have been anywhere between a bit overweight and fat F**kers and pretty unfit.They get these watched and start tracking their steps including shopping round tescos and going upstairs to the khazi belieing its gunna get them fit.I do more on my morning dog walk at 5.30 before going off and doing a days graft.When I collapse into bed each night completely f**ked I know Ive done enough without needing a silly watch to tell me

    Easy mate.You may think you can overpower a dog when its actually letting you overpower it.Ive took bites off some powerful animals that tip the scales at no more than 70Ib right up to 110lb + wearing either a sleeve or a full suit.If a dog that size with really bad intentions decides youre getting it.Unless youre tooled up youre pretty much f**ked.

    Cant beat a daytime party mate.Back home and in bed for midnight.Me and the missus went out to a party yesterday and see Colin Dale,Mr C and Matthew Bushwacka.Got the last train home out of London and were in bed for 1am.Feeling a bit ropey atm but just had a shower and off out for a breakfast and enjoy the day whilst we still have a bit of nice weather.Cant be doing with all that getting in at 9am these days
