so what you are saying is that it is bred into them ,if the parents can do it the pups will when they are worked . if i bought any dog id make sure parents where doing job Of course there are exceptions but if you were looking to buy a dog for deer then you'd surely want to make sure that the parents were both up to the job wouldn't you ? Seen 2 x big deerhound type dogs take them quite often but that was smaller scottish red wild deer,
