EVERYONE. GILES LOOKS AFTER HIS DOGS, AND THEY LOOK WELL, OH, AND HE DONT LIVE IN CARNYTYLA, ABERTYSSWG, HES UP IN GREENSWAY. dont know about engineers mate ,i was in paras 15 years, but what ever unit you go in you need to be fit, so just get out running as much as possible,press ups, pull ups.

a while ago (preban) dogs had a fallow buck so we run up to it , mate was slightly in front (as i let him get there first as he sulks when i beat him all the time) 2 dogs on him charged my mate , he got his red coat off ,jumped too side once or 2 then jumped on it,

2 is good number, im out 4 nights a week allways go with mate so i leave one at home not ideal , but like 2 for company for other dog and injurys, lost my young dog in sept ,so get pup in may so theres 31/2 years between mine ,which works out just nice ,as i can start pilling work on pup at 2 then eas with bitch a bit .

I think you misunderstand what im saying, Im not trying to undermine you and im sorry if you think that and im not saying leave training till 12/18 months im saying train in moderation until then. And if you read my original post properly you will se i say they should be catching well at 18 months and at their best by about 2 yrs. I am sure your dogs are all you say they are but 6 months extra working will be of no benefit imo. there seems to be a stigma attached to working dogs that they must be treated differently in some way, imo that is not true and i think its silly taking care with a pup

so what you are saying is that it is bred into them ,if the parents can do it the pups will when they are worked . if i bought any dog id make sure parents where doing job Of course there are exceptions but if you were looking to buy a dog for deer then you'd surely want to make sure that the parents were both up to the job wouldn't you ? REAL DEAL ,get me out of here ,i want to get a proper job ,i think i have finaly come to my senses i will leave the world of key board hunting to the experts ,PM,S ONLY MATE LETS GET BACK TO REALITY. lol lol
