  1. If only women were as gracefull as a greyhound in flight ............. I suppose if they were as fast you'd never catch the buggers Nice pics K.
  2. Spot on HOW. In a nutshell, theres more bull crosses spoilt by wankers of owners than anything else, pity that wasnt up on the poll as an option . I have said it before, a good bull cross at it's work is a joy to behold, one that has been taught its manners and been socialised as a pup, and PROPERLY ENTERED. They may be more tenacious than a lot of other crosses, but they are dogs at the end of the day, not a status symbol, and certainly not f@ckin machines. If your the sort thats likely to shit your pants easily, then a good bull cross isn't for you. Buy a Bischon Frise or a Cavalier King
  3. Theres a lady near Crickhowell that sells all sprts of poultry (only just over the Beafort mountain), I buy off her quite often, all breeds, warrens, sussex, black Rock (proper ones) etc, 01874 730883 Ask for Mrs Taylor (Taylors Poultry) ATB B

IF its SKYPE your on about, download for free, get a camera thingy on top of your pc / laptop, and you can video call anyone in the world for bugger all. Its superb if you have family a long way off and dont get to see them so often, you can look at them as your talking to them, absolutely shit hot ! Assuming thats what your on about
  9. What a load of absolute bollocks !!, what planet are you living on mister, another armchair hunter no doubt. I cant beleive what I have just read How about uneven ground, ground coditions, was it coursing at the time etc, etc. Get real will you for f@cks sake before you bore us all again with similar bullshit.
  10. Just before Christmass last year , my home bred lurcher jumped a barb fence, got hung up and was duly lifted off,no worries, trouble was he'd cut his femural artery up the side of his cock ( a small cut, less than 1" ) and as hard as I tried to stem the hosepipe style flow of blood with my hand, he bled to death in my arms, I buried him there and then. As hard as it was for me ( and beleive me it was), it was nothing compared to trying to explain to my two children why Blue wasn't coming home. Although I dont think that snips would have helped him, they hopefully will help others. Sorry to ch
  11. Nice pair of dogs Robbie, but your bitch ticks all my boxes. Good luck for the future with her. ATB B
  12. It's the devils own stuff is barb, a good idea is carry a pair of pocket size wire snips / cutters in your pocket (electrician style plyers) if your out with any breed of dog that jumps fences. Particularly if the barb is slack, it's not always easily untangled, often easier to snip and remove before bits of your dog stay there permanent like . Obviously try and make good after like, but if your dog needs attention, it'll have to wait to be repaired
  13. You don't need a licence to own or use a saw for your own use (firewood etc) you only need one if you are useing it proffessionally , so tell em to feck off . I presume you know you can also just buy any size bar you want on it's own ? I have 3 different sized ones i use for different jobs on my Husky 254. Bollox You only need an NPTC chainsaw competence certificate ( or similar) if you intend doing work for others (paid work), or not on your own property. The same applies for use of pesticides and certification ; so go back to the shop and tell him to stick his head up hi
  14. 15" bar will cut most things, up to 2 1/2 times it's length. I have an 18" bar on my 372 xpg, and it take some hanging on to by the end of the shift. You need a powerfull engine to drive a chain on an 18" bar. I have a Husky 42 special with a 13" bar on it and theres not much that it cant tackle, and higher chain speed, hell of a tool. Good price on your saw mister, you won't beat a Husqvarna saw in my opinion. Hope you sell it soon ATB B
  15. Happy Birthday Dark Horse. Have a drink on me
  16. No bother Thats plenty big enough for them, mine aren't wing clipped and I live near a busy road, they aren't put in at night either, although I admit I should as I know only to well the risks, they used to lay everywherte, on the floor IN THE POND, anywhere, no manners at all, but they then started to lay in the nest boxes, but you do get the occasional one on the floor. They are good fun honestly, but I think you'd be better off putting them in every night tho !! I feed mine on layers pellets and worm them twice a year with flubenvet as this has no egg withdrawal period ( tried verm-x a
