Plus there was only 3 channels on telly , no internet or playstations etc But if there had of been , I would,still of chosen to be out and about

Im very thankful I was born and bred (as where my children) in rural cumbria , surrounded by open countryside, farms and fishing Great educatiom along side school , wouldnt have swapped it for anything

i forget the u value of thermalites but they are far better than standard blocks , and far more solid than plaster board and stud , when using thermalites building control usualy allow a 75mm cavity (insulated)

Is it for living in Ian or for a workshop ?? If you build the inner,leaf with thermalite blocks and use 50 mm kingspan that should be ample , or you can use thermolites with kingspan already attached.

I would say thats a good price My sister in law has just had a 7m x 4m single storey extension , her other half has done most of the work , and thats come out at about 12 k , bedroom, dressing room and en-suite.

The council isnt responsible for the actions of a wild animals on un-surfaced areas , no case to be answered if someone twists their ankle , beleive me if there was there would be an absence of rabbits. Permission is possible from local authorities , but its usually put out to tender for regional pest control , I doubt you would get one off permission for one small area.
