  4. Mine has a longer silencer than yours? That seems to vary in the 95ks? Howcome your wood is much lighter? Looks really good, did you do that yourself? If so how did you do it? Looks good! It's not a silencer, the original 95k only had a muzzle weight. The wood has been sanded down and oiled, for me it is a better feel and not as slippy as the varnished finish. ATB PV.
  5. I made a 330 mile round trip for one of Bolty's pups on Friday 1st August, this man knows terriers , and the trip............ it was worth it ! Cheers Bolty.
  6. I don't think you'd be dissapointed in either, I have the 95k and it's really good, I've put a 12 ftlb venom (now V-mach) kit in it , clean kills 35-40 yards .I bought mine new, but knowing Weihrauch and how the're made would definitely consider secondhand.
  7. Had a Walther 3-9x44 IR on my Weirauch 95k, and it's now on my rimfire, can't fault it for the price. Uttings do them for £60 but the free mounts you get with the scope are poor quality, better off spending a bit more on mounts especially on a springer
  8. Need some tomatoes on the kebabs mate!
  9. http://www.eskimo.com/~jbm/calculations/calculations.html JBM Small Arms Ballistics click on trajectories, type in bullet, weight, muzzle velocity, and distances, works quite well on my .308. Rember to put in the bullets coefficient from the manufacturers website. ATB.
  10. I had the same problem with my finnfire varmint, it's basically the same action, the problem started with cci subs and not being able to close the bolt, after emailing the cci manufacturer their reply was the finnfire has a tight match chamber and the lead and wax build up caused the problem, also because of the match chamber (low free bore, the area ahead of the bullet ogive in a rifle barrel to which there is no rifling) high velocity rimfire ammo should not be used, ie Stingers. Winchester subs are inconsistant in the quantity of wax they have on them, mostly too much, occasionally leading

  22. get some cards made up and go round some farms mate and ask. if they say no still leave a card and you never no what happends in the future. dont feel down if they say no just be polite and say thanks for your time. good luck and keep trying Thanks Jamie.
  23. sorry mate ,the only way to do it is as woz said---get out and do some asking, may be a bonus if you can show some type of insurance ie BASC ect, farmers normally like this where firearms are used. remember we all had to start from scratch but if you are safe, patient, serious about hunting, and willing to do the leg work you will soon get permission. BEST OF LUCK... Cheers Keith. TODAY IS ONLY YESTERDAYS TOMORROW!
