  6. John, What do you think of the last two comments ?
  7. Deker, I'm sure with the rifles you have in your cabinet you are not finding any gaps, but that isn't to say any of the wildcats couldn't do the job much better. I think it's only human nature to find improvements and to better what the factories have to offer. I reload and get pleasure from developing a round to suit my rifle even though it's a simple .308. ATB, PV.
  8. I think the .204 is the only factory round in 20cal at the moment, could be wrong!

  12. Info from 6mmBR.com Tactical 20 The Tactical 20 was invented by Todd Kindler long before the .204 Ruger hit the market. Based on the .223 Remington parent case, the Tactical 20 is simply the .223 necked down to 20 Caliber with a 30-degree shoulder. Some versions have slightly less body taper as well--it's wise to compare reamer prints. Although the Tactical 20 has about three grains less case capacity than the .204 Ruger, it delivers very similar performance. With the right load, you can get Max velocities with 32- and 40-grainers that give up little or nothing to the .204 Ruger. Varmints pr
  13. Buy a used Beretta, you will pick up a nice Urika for £550 upwards. ATB, PV.
  14. IF you are talking .20, then as far as I am aware the calibre is all but dead and I seem to recall it was a pistol round anyway! If that is the case you are likely to have a big problem with either factory rounds or reloading! Perhaps someone knows more than me or I have it wrong...but just WHY does this customer want a .20...and one that weighs a ton?????? .204 Ruger is gaining popularity as a .20 calibre varmint round, a colleague of mine uses one on prairie dogs in the USA, says its awsome.
  15. Fubar, That's a well made trickler. ATB, PV.
  16. Hi mate, Have a look at this website http://www.6mmbr.com/index.html, on the left hand side it lists calibre info, it gives loads of information, bullets, primers, powder for target and hunting in all the popular rounds. Also look at the articles archive, some interesting subjects.I only started last year, but with patience and info of friend I've built up enough knowledge to reload accurate and safe rounds. The main thing I have learned is not to buy cheap equipment, with a good press, good dies, good brass, accurate scales you're cutting down the variables and therefore will make a more consisten
