  1. Walther 3-9x44 IR night pro,30mm body, about £ inc mounts, the mounts are shit though, best get a better set. I have one of these on my Finnfire varmint, good cheap scope.   5. Is it just your preference for an over-barrel mod ? I'm getting a S5 fitted shortly, lighter,slimmer, only 12mm over north star in added length and virtually same moderation. Just curious. ATB PV.
  6. If budget could stretch abit buy a Swarovski 8x56, or try second hand, but buy quality, you will notice the difference.

  8. Don't get a pair of LeChameau mouflons, I got a pair Mouflon GTX, 12 month later there's a hole in the leather where it meets the banding around the bottom. They've been looked after aswell.

  10. Mr L, Have you considered 6mm br, low recoil, superbly accurate. Reloading components available, can push bullets upto 22/250 speeds.

  12. Each to their chosen method, I love to see dogs working, but I also shoot. There's skill involved in both, to drop a fox at 400+ yrds takes some doing, to work dogs correctly is also an art. I personally wouldn't knock anybodys preferred method
