    Its not the plassy coppers fault mate,he only charges you with the offence,The CPS are the ones that take you to court. so its the CPS that you want to sue, for your lost time of 100 hrs. My mate is a Barrister and comes accross this all the time.some of the stories he tells me are really bad. the coppers, wether plassy ones or not, see someone doing something wrong and try to uphold the law.the CROWN PROSECUTION SERVICE (cps) are the ones that have truly fu ..kked up but well done to you, for taking the stance and fighting for your rights good result

    Its massive in the ststes,I recently came back after being over in the US and canada,the sportshops are full of them. especially used in hunting wild turkeys. Shame it is doomed and deemed illegal here

    How do you manage to put hens in ,without them setting the trap ???? I have just taken a live trap upto one of the farms were he has over 25000 free range hens,obviously Mr Fox has taken a like to some of them. But I have been using chicken carcass's that smell after a few days,without sucess

    We were on an organised shoot around killington area, of cumbria, apparently there is a fella going around, shooting from his 4x4,It doesnt matter who's land it is, or whatever is on it, if its seen its dead. The guy who I was with was pi$$ED off, with what has been happening and told us the local police are driving about in unmarked 4x4s, just waiting to catch him and any other poachers. Because there are mainly bambi, in the area along with pheasant shoots,the syndicate shoots and the estate gamekeepers, were all keeping an eye out for any strangers, driving around or with any longdogs

    As long as your happy and they do the job,well done dillan for your perserverence and patience, hazel is the way to go in the future. keep looking for them hazel coppices and cut them, let them dry out and viola free poles that will last years

    Same here, one of my jills does it most of the time she drags the rabbit always just about 4inches just inside the hole,I dont bother taking a spade as the squeals of the rabbit are a good indication to what hole to go to
