This is umbongo, getting on a bit now, and still manages to mate his females 50 times a day for 50 days. He's on 1 feed every three days. And this is Nahla one of Umbongo's lionesses -

It's called "Pecking Order" happens with most hens that are introdued to a new flock. Spraying in all honesty is a waste of time and money as they will sort each other out in due course. I've had hens here bully for 3 weeks or so... it does eventually stop. And of course there are even deaths from constant pecking. That's just one of many downfalls of being a poultry keeper, expect the unexpected.... What I suggest you do is place another feeder and drinker for the new hen, at least this way she will have a chance to eat and drink. Bullying normally occurs around the feeders. This time o

I've met him and he's very funny.... He's a prat, but Sean is a decent chap, went to his wedding. Hey thats mad.. Do you live near to them or did you?? We did, used to bump into them both quite alot in acienda and chetham hill on the wreck, when we were young.. Sean once shit in his pants for a fiver!!! Sean did many things for fiver, sometimes for free I met sean and his brother Paul in Hacienda night club, remained good friends, then it went all down hill when they released Pills n' Thrills and Bellyaches album...I kinda moved away and did my own thing....

Your not alone Mr Tea Pot. Most people are having a hard time, rabbits not at home. My friend called me yesterday and told me that he had ferreted a warren with over 60 holes (the farmer had cut down the hawthorn for them, and cleared some hedges) and only resulted in 8 rabbits. This estate is thriving in rabbits. Sometimes it's best to have days like this than having large amounts each time. Pest control or not....
