  1. I value your opinion, and to be fair to my dogs they are quite obviously not ferreting dogs,and they mark well most of the time, like most ferreting dogs, however they will try their ut most to get a few in the bag whilst feretting.

  5. I was woken by the rain thumping at the bedroom windows. I woke up still dazed, rubbing my eyes. I looked at the time 03:45, three more hours and I'll be up. Ferreting is on the agenda. 07:00 the alarm clanged. I raise from the bed and peer out of the window. At least the heavy rain has stopped. Clothes on, I walk down the stairs and see that my cats were busy hunting out in the rain and leave me a rat by the back door.   12. When I do sell my rabbits it's £1.50 only gutted. The same butcther will then sell them at £3. each. He has asked for 50 rabbits for next week, so he must be doing well. My local has rabbits off me for £1 each on a regular basis, then once he has tarted them up, they sell as a meal (gravy, mash or roasties/veg) for £10.40. Pidgeon breast as a starter £6..

  17. Which cannon series? I've had a look and there's a few about and gets confusing! What is the best set up, and any links to these cannons please with prices? Thanks.     I've actually sat and eaten with Clint, nice chap, a very knowledgable person and bilingual too. He is very tight, loves wearing his flat cap, and doesn't finish his words in full......yup, a yorkshireman sounds about right!
