Put the dog in it's place using your own aggression. It's the only thing they understand, dominate or be dominated.
Spot on, you must be [ owner] top dog.

Add a 3/8 collie 5/8 grey dog in the 80s, he would get 8 or 10 on lamp most nights. He had one night 8 rabbits two foxes , on local ground. Got a 1x collie grey dog pup now, it will be next season for him FOR the bigger bags.???

exerlent, hows bryn going mate, you had the chance to get out in the weather?and collie/grey my dear we men are not all the same, im recently house trained after 38 years(39 2mw) of shitting in a hedge liveing in the woods with my dogs.collie greys mostly!!
Hi Nick, went out last week, only his 2nd night in the lamp and he as had 4 rabbits, its not alot but he is very keen. Went out this morning, he found a mixy and brought that to me. I will try him again , on the lamp wed night, its supposed to be windy.

Hi Nick, ive had both, and i get on better with Dogs than Bitchs. They seem to suite my personality more than bitchs, like Bryn a feckin nutter .

Great, he must still be quite fit for his age, foxes arnt slow. Ive seen younger dogs , that struggle to pick up a fox , pre ban days. My old bitch [bitza] who died at 13, would tackle anthing, and still catch
the odd rabbit at 10 years old. She was 1/4 collie, grey, whippet, ?, 25ins and 55lb the best catch dog i ever had. [ Bess]

A good 3/8 collie 5/8 greyhound, if you drop on a good one, they will do every thing you want.

Warren will defo try and resurect Khans Career  .............but he's well and truelly finished He has NO PUNCH RESISTANCE WHAT SO EVER.................i said months the first time he met a GENUINE LIGHTWEIGHT he would LOSE
Now all the British Pundits are saying he was over matched !! Prescott was 19-0 and Khan was 18 - 0 ..............ideal match up for a prospect i would have thought
Khan wasnt just beat he was destroyed he was made to look like a little kid with his low right hand been the biggest problem leaving him wide open for that Long Left Hook
I doubt Khan will be calling Prescott out for a rematch
Ohh and well done Nicky Cook :victory: He did well to win especially after the dissapointment from his last world title fight when he was KO'd in 11 rounds by Steven Luevano, hope he can make a few successful defences of the title
ATB TOMMY
its no good having a GLASS JAW in that Game. SPOT ON Tommy

When its very wet, and No Wind the rabbits will hear you come in a feckin 500 yds away.
And if you are on stuble, its worse still . Ive been out in all weathers, and you still can
catch big and small stuff, but ive found when its realy wet its that much harder
Still if we wait for the right condition's, you would never get out. Catch what you can

i RECKON, a 24ins dog should handle anything, ive had 26-27inch dogs and they caught ok, but i
think a 24inch dog is that bit more agile.

Well i am doing well so far with Bryn, had two rabbits on the lamp 12.30am. Its only his 2nd go on
the lamp, not bad for 11month old pup. They was a few squaters, but not clicked it. .
So my aim this season, get him to take squaters, and bring him a back in one piece. As he is a
mad b*****d, he would go through a feckin brick wall after game. A mad 1x collie grey

Makes me wonder if I've underestimated mine. She's just 2 now, and been with me a year. Sometimes I think she lives on a planet all by herself and is only interested in hunting my cat. But a few times now I've thought, maybe she'd be ok for lamping or something. She's daft as a bag of hammers, but I might give her a go just for fun and see what she does.
at home around the kids he plods around like a beddraggled seaside donkey......nothing excites him at all..hes like a grumpy ol bugger.
get him out....and its like Dr Jackyn Mr. Hide.........Never seen such a contrast in perosnality from one dog
Well done paul, grey's make great pet's, but if they ever kick off with another dog, they can be
Lethal . I helped a bloke once who had racing Kennels, and when a greyhound starts fighting , the power+damage would shock most people what a greyhound can do.
As you say they are a Jeckeyl+Hide Dog, but 90% of the time they are a very loving+honest dog.

if you are worried about takeing him to the vets and people seeing him ask your vet to come see him at yours he could realy do with a pick me up but can i ask how long ago was it that you sold him and what made you go see him and in the nick of time too im realy sorry for this poor animal and i know you have done the right thing and so dose every body else but ok i have a firearms but i could not of resisted or held back on the crule c**t then i would of ramd him in the kennle and had done with it and told him if he trys to charge me i will charge him
ps what was the blokes excuse why he is in the way he is
i sold him to a lad in swansea about 6/8 months ago for £600, i never seen a dog work like him and thought he was wasted in my kennels. the lad in swansea was brilliant with him, worked him on everything but he gave up dogs and sold my dog to a young lad. he was in good condition 1 month ago. i think the young lad has over worked him and didnt fully understand the amount taken from a dog working on what he had him on. the lad phoned this morning and said he was selling him and if i wanted him i should go get him.
the lad wasnt there when i picked him up, all the other dogs there were ok, mine was round the side away from them, i did phone him and gave him a row but like most young lads its in one ear out the other. It pees me off because i was so careful who i sold him to and made sure that i got 1st refusal if they ever sold the dog but the lad in swansea never phoned to tell me he was selling him. i wish i never sold him, he's only 4 and now im not sure how he will come back, if he'll ever work like he used to again?
The lad who kept him like this, needs to know he is feckin amateur. And let other dog lads, know
who he is, so no more dogs go through his hands WANKER
