    Opinel, but put a drop point on it, a few notches on the back of the blade will give a bit more purchase for your thumb & adjust the shape of the handle for your own ' feel '. Total cost less than a tenner.

    Ive a dog that is/was the spit of that dog there SH, very similar incoat, anyway now stripped him out a bit over the course of a few evening while feeding and spending time with the dogs, hes on the left of the pic. (Out today doing some pest control )

    Good job. Theres a few spots of land where id like to do a similar thing. & wouldnt want to use a digger prefer the hands on approach Unfortunately the photo is not putting in a false earth but a land drain.

    I am not saying badgers dont hum. But ive never heard them. I have heard young badgers chatter. This is only in my experience of being an avid wildlife watcher in their own enviroment up close, of course within all relevant laws etc etc. LOL @ Fish, thats twice within as many minutes youve got me laughing out loud. (first time was a nervous type of laugh!). YIS WAZ
