Had a look out with the lamp last night with fieldmarshal was a good breeze and light drizzle we decided to do the fields we did the other night as we had seen a few rabbits the dogs started to get some runs and pick up a few fieldmarshals dog was running well making some cracking strikes but we only walked 3 fields and the rabbit numbers dropped right off some big fields with only one rabbit in. we came to a wall that borders our permission and had a shine over and seen about 20 rabbits so the rabbits where out but not on our fields we made our way back to the farm picking up the odd rabbit e

Well ive been champing at the bit to have a look out with the dogs so was pleased when Tomo rang to see if i was up for some lamping . Fieldmarshal had a lot on but he had a look out too got to the farm and it was nice and dark with a bit of a breeze we got there a bit early and Tomo said he would be another 20 min's so we lamped a field next to the farm till he came got 4 off that but had a run in with a bunch of cows with calfs and a big feck off bull so got out the field quick.When Tomo arrived we split up Tomo went on his own with tara and me with fieldmarshal .We seen a canny few rabbits

I remember les white one of my mates had his whippet bitch lined off one of his beddys years ago the pups were a little on the small side as adults . He also had a look out ferreting with him said he was a canny bloke.

Caught two rats in fenns quite a few times but usually its two young rats.

The ground was good to run duckwing its all pasture fields and our feet were soaking wet off the dew on the grass its the standing nettles thats the danger they are hiding obstacles from the dogs think thats why Tomo's bitch hit the wall last week .Know what you are saying about hard ground its not worth risking the dog getting injured all the best Nobby

Out lamping last night with fieldmarshall and a mate was canny windy when we set off but had dropped right off when we got down the dales not that many rabbits out when we started to lamp but we still were getting runs .It was the first look out for my old black & white dog spike he was over keen and over shooting rabbits when he got a run but once he settled down he started to catch a few as did Fieldmarshalls dog and his mates .It was my turn to slip so i let spike off on a rabbit that was about 50yd off he got on to it and was running it along a fence line he was up its arse and i thoug

Had a look out lamping last night with Max Tomo Bucky . First nights lamping of the season me and tomo went round together so my young wh /gh could watch and have a few runs to get her going.The night was going well with Tara on top form knocking rabbits over left right and center she had caught 18 and Tomo stopped to give her a rest and a drink in a stone water trough to cool her down after about 10 min we started lamping again the next rabbit she ran she went straight into the wall at full pelt Tomo and me both thought she'd had it she was screaming the place down Max said they heard the scr

Just a guess Tree sparrow most nest in holes or nest boxes but sometimes they nest in trees and make a bit of a dome. -

yes snoopdog caught an albino like brown hare canny few years ago it was blonde had very white eyes with just flecks of color in caught somewhere in yorkshire .
