    hi guys selling due to getting a new rod. this rod has been used half dozen time is still in amazing condition. looking for £50 plus postage or local pick up.

    hi guys was just wondering if anyone knows how to replace the leather strap on a mk1 ferret collar as it snapped today

    headed up to our usual permission arriving just after 8am, had spoke to the farmer on the phone a he said there was plenty rabbits about. walked across the first field without spotting any moving. did a few small sets on a hill side with no return. so turned to a little strip of woods and did a further three sets still without any rabbits and having only seen one rabbit run in front of us as we entered the woods. we moved to another hill side that was usually productive. but after doing a few small sets and one large one without any returns. we decided to move a couple of miles up the road to

    its an absolute disgrace. the scottish water board have drained the balgray res. and have done nothing to try and save the fish stock. there pike perch roach and brown trout all dying thanks to the water boards stupidity. the sun newspaper were even there today taking pics of some of the dead fish.some local guys have been up trying to rescue some of the stranded fish by moving them into a pool of water that is left but the whole thing is shocking

    i have been tying my own for a few years now and would vote for spun poly. as for the guys selling on here they put a lot of effort into their nets as well as time so spend that little extra for great quality that will last for years.

    my oldest is 4 and has started asking about coming with me and her papa(my dad) cause she has been watching me making nets. she says we have to go catch some rabbits so she can eat them. she makes me proud but i will wait a couple of years yet.

    i am sorry to say that when i went to check him tonight he had passed away. i am totally gutted if i had only realised that she had scarred him that badly and that there was a infection under the scab i maybe could have done something
