I wouldn't class you as 1 tiercel.i would say that when it has a negative effect on someone's life and family and causes problems.and the person realises the problems they are creating. But won't stop drinking then I would class that as an alcoholic.

Addiction is all in the mind.if you seriously want to give it up you will if you dont.you want.i had the morning shakes feeling very anxious on edge i Would have 5 cans from 10am till 12 and would then feel normal.and Continue drinking all day every day. But I wanted to stop and I did.no reducing the amount daily just straight stop.it took 4 days to feel back to normal. And as I said I will never have a drop ever again. Any addiction can be kicked i trully believe. But you have got to want to stop.you and only you can make the decision.

You seen the light Wilf so to speak.The pub up the road.the same people sitting in the same seats or standing in the same place for yrs and yrs. It's like that film ground hog day. A month before giving up I found myself in a different valley pub.strangling feck out of a guy in a packed bar.and throwing stools at the bar head gone.because I thought someone was cracking onto my wife. No good behaving like that. Normal night in them valley pubs,,lol It is in your local tomo.but a bit hairy in a pub I've never been before lol.

i gave up work 27 months ago due to family issues. Then the drink spiralled a bit drinking everyday.wake up the next morning feeling on edge and hungover.used to have a few cans morning time to take the edge off so to speak.then drink all day.6 months ago I had 2 nights stay in hospital with my young lad.and had time to have a good think. And the thought was. What the feck am I doing drinking like a prick my kids and wife watching me.weight dropped off me in 2 yrs looking rough feeling rough. I haven't had a drop in 6 months have put on about 16lb and feeling fitter than I have for yrs. I

My cousin has read a bit about them.but it's to much for me to take in it seems like the conspiracy thing going on.could spend a lifetime reading all that type of stuff.

Ive seen a few dogs on the dance floor,danced with more than my share and taken the odd mongrel home,never a Staffy though.The lad I had her from was a bouncer and his brother in the club.i pulled up outside and he would say bring her in aswell.

Only 1 dog I've had a bond with so far.and she was a staff.bitch everywhere I went she would come with me even to the nightclub a few times she would love running around the dance floor lol.

good luck with the cycling gaz my nephew and a load of his mates don that trip for macmilian done it over 10 days. a bout 3 year agoCheers Jon. I think 10 days is a sensible aim for most. The lad who's planned the route is planning day 9 to see us travel from Kyle of Sutherland to John O'Groats but if we lost a day somewhere along the way I would be happy with 10 days. We are doing "Lon Las Cymru" or "Slay the dragon" which is Holyhead to Cardiff as a training run in a few months. It there a traditional route from LE to GO so to speak gaz.that everyone uses.or is it a matter of plan your own
