    All very well securing your house, but how would you survive long term? Food, water etc: we'd be like the prey we hunted, constantly alert and looking for danger everywhere we went: I don't think that most modern civilised societies would stand the strain of living like that. People aren't used to being as wary as a fox wherever they go. The 'living' population would be down to about 1% in very little time at all, and I think that any group that did survive would have to remain fairly small or its needs would overwhelm the numbers of people very quickly. I love post-apocalyptic fiction:

    raw meat but not too much as dog gets fat on it,and is a pain in summer with the flies. i feed butchers waste,so could be left over sausage mix,trimmings chicken bits a pigs head etc.

    Not much help from me on that one but most plugging rods are about 8ft, 9ft not your usual beach casters of 12 and longer,... anything that will cast a minimum of 2oz probably, with a small spinning reel. cheers i have got couple old beachcasters down in dorset,but im thinking a rucksack containing lures etc rod & reel wont take up much room for the week or 2 ayear it might get used

    After I'd watched the first episode, went outside for a smoke ... some drunk bloke lurched around the corner, all stiff legged and off balance .... I nearly screamed

    well said cocker they are a CHARITY unless they have the police with them, just jumped up power tripping ,ego swelling TWATS like traffic wardens, cso[plastic police] most social workers and some education officers.

    not really i struggle to walk in them had a nikon dlsr for £150, dont really remember until i look round the house,and some stuff is forgotton about as it gets sold on .

    loads of cheap kids clothes an footwear like celtic sheepskin,monsoon and fatface. a cabinet orginally from the pier company for £50. pet stuff like dog crates/kennels etc. 32"lg tv ford maverick diesel for £600 that was really tidy. im always on the local bargin finder tool

    is that true moll???... as ive just turned 30 and gutted im out my 20s.... happy birthday to stabba and stan.... Definitely. I found in my 30's i stopped caring what other people though of me, and did things because i wanted to regardless. Much more relaxed and go with the flow. You sort of get that older wisdom and still have enough youth to enjoy it if you get my drift? Now the 40's, that is a different kettle of fish, you have all that BUT start to look and feel old, i am hating my 40's to qoute our scottish friends your talking pish ive seen a pic of youon here
